"This process started in late April 2014 when
(very pleasant) came to our home to meet with us regarding the scope/measurements of the job. It took over a week to get the estimate. We had questions regarding the estimate and called the office. We were told that the best way to communicate with
was via e-mail. (Not the best way to get your questions answered quickly!) When we did get our questions answered via e-mail,
said he would order the doors as soon as he received the first payment. We made our payment that day. There was no communication from
for over a week. We called the office to find out the status of our job and an estimated installation because we wanted to have the doors installed prior to having our floors refinished. Again, we were told to e-mail
, which we did.
's response indicated that the delivery of the doors was delayed and still no definitive installation date. Unfortunately, the doors were installed June 6, 2014 - 1 week after our floors were refinished - not desirable! Installation: The crew was prompt. Plastic sheeting was put up and taped. However, it was taken down prior to the completion of the demolition resulting in a thick coating of dust everywhere in our family room and kitchen. The job was to be completed in one day. With much difficulty and shimming, the door was installed in one day. However, it was not done well. There were gaps between the doors, and the doors didn't close correctly. Hard to understand because they were special ordered!!!! We called the office to indicate the problems and this time we were given
's cell phone number.
and crew arrived in the morning the next day and were there the entire day - patching, shimming, struggling and adjusting. One would expect that custom doors that arrived hinged would function perfectly - not so in this case. We sent an e-mail to
indicating that the doors had not been installed properly and were still out of alignment. The response came from the office staff person who wrote: "I am sorry to hear about your doors." Condolences rather than remedy.

"we've used this company before for a larger job replacing countertop wtih granite. This time we were looking only for a smaller job on a bathroom floor in our old house (built in 1907). I explained to
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
that we were wanting to use a less expensive product (ceramic tile, not marble) because we are planning to sell the house and while we wanted it to look nice, we didn't want to make a huge investment.
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was very responsive to our needs--finding us the hexagonal tile appropriate to the age and style of our house. I threw her team for a loop in asking at the last minute for the fixtures to be replaced as well (toilet and sinks), and this was taken in stride and easily accomodated.
The end result is beautiful. I would use this contractor again.

"We are extremely happy with the results from
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
. The work was done quickly and extremely well. Pricing was incredible!
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
came to the house and was very upfront on what the work would take and the held to their original estimate. There was one item that was questionable (seen yesterday 7/19) but when
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
came out to look at it he jumped on working to make it right. This type of response and dedication to quality is hard to find nowadays but
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and team definitely were perfectionists and successful at it. The issue had to do with some cabinet repairs that were attempted to be done on site but now will be done elsewhere. Their prices, people, and timeliness were the best and I will definitely hire them again!

was very polite and friendly and talked a good game. But he took my $600 to do the drawing for the addition then made the very amateur preliminary drawing. That was months ago and now he refuses to return my calls and I haven't heard from him. I was scammed.

"It went very well.
What we especially appreciated was our relationship with
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
. He inspired and earned our trust. He was unfailingly professional, cheerful, knowledgable and kept us well informed about what was happening next, anything we needed to do to help the effort, who would be coming to work that day. This is invaluable when you just want your house back to normal. He always came to check the crew and work beside them. He maintains a great relationship with his crew. He was demanding of his crew but also teaching them good job management skills. He also made suggestions about what might work best when there were decisions to be made. He also worked as our advocate with a subcontractor (plumber) who overcharged us for an off-contract installation. He would do little extras as well...i.e. gave me a 5 minute lesson on how to caulk before painting a different part of the house, helped me rehang a sliding door in a closet when I accidentally reversed them. When we decided to replace fixtures instead of reinstall the old ones, he recommended where to get replacement items a reasonable prices.
We highly recommend him!

"Sometimes it is hard to find providers to come and want to complete small jobs. I purchased this Angie's List Deal and
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
didn't balk at it. He was super responsive, honest about expectations and timelines (it took two separate visits to complete the job) and was very punctual and friendly. I'll be keeping him in mind if we have larger projects in the future.

"We requested a free estimate via
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's website one evening, along with a couple other companies.
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
responded the next morning. The other companies took two to five days. This pattern continued throughout our experience with them. They were both prompt and flexible about scheduling the appointment and we had a quote emailed to us the very next day. The quote matched what the other companies gave us, but
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's quote was more detailed, delivered far quicker, and we found a number of nice options for materials at their showroom.
We worked with Hakan to do the final design and scheduling. He was friendly, responsive, and adaptable. We were looking for a more modern design, and he was able to find options for us and walk us through all the decisions. Given a few general descriptions (grey palette, brushed chrome), he was able to pick appropriate and attractive fixtures to fit the design and the budget. The tile we selected didn't have bullnose

versions. Hakan suggested a metal trim piece. We never would have known to ask for it, and it turned out great. We scheduled the work for this summer, but needed to reschedule. Hakan and
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
responded the same day and confirmed the schedule change.
Most of our work was done by Olvin. He showed up exactly when he said he would and was both friendly and professional when dealing with us. He let us know when he would working on and how it was going. We had selected our own faucet to install, and added a towel warmer. Hakan and Olvin were able to adapt to our request without any problems. We weren't sure what we wanted to do for a mirror, so we requested a very plain one. Olvin found another mirror at the same price that he thought would work nicely. He showed us what he found and we loved it. As with our dealings with Hakan and
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
staff, he was always quick to respond to questions or requests.
As expected with any renovation, there were some complications. We expected some water damage on the floor, but didn't know about a problem with the floor joists. Olvin showed the problem to my wife while Hakan called me to make sure that I knew about it as well. Instead of hiding or simply charging us for the fix,
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
gave us all the information we could want, and made sure that the job was done well, rather than just good-enough. When the bathroom had issues with plaster and grout drying in time, Olvin again explained all the problems to us.
The renovation was estimated to take two weeks and contracted for three. It was completed just short of two weeks, with the last work taking place on the Fourth of
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
(after asking if that was alright). The results are great.
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was responsive and accommodating. we've done other renovations, but this was the most comfortable experience. We didn't ask for anything particularly challenging or abnormal, but we greatly appreciated the professionalism, directness, and responsiveness with
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
.
For bonus points: After the work was finished and paid for, we found a leak in one of the toilets. Hakan and Olvin continued to respond quickly, and came back twice to fix the issue (trying two different fixes). They continued to stay in touch with us until everything was fixed.

and his crew completed the job in less than a month. During that time, he kept us informed of the job logistics; therefore, the inconvenience to our lives was minimal.
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
carried out the work according to an overall plan we work out ahead of time; but changes were made along the way through mutual agreement without any difficulty. He adhered to the job cost estimate, with reasonable adjustments for changes. The cost for the "water-damaged" part of the job exceeded the insurance adjustment by about 40%, but that could well have been because of the insurance company's inadequate reimbursement. The quality of the work done can only be termed "excellent". Finally,
Driggs Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
is not only a true professional, but, personally, a delight to work with.
