"Do not use this Agency if you are looking for a relaxing get-away. Being captive in a bus for 4 plus hours with this agency's guide is agony. During our trip" to Denver, using the loud speaker at the front of the bus, she treated us to a litany of woes which included difficulties she encountered arranging our trip, how expensive US travel is getting, and the numerous problems of being a travel guide in today's economy. Additionally we were treated to a detailed description of her family history and numerous family problems. It was impossible to enjoy the beautiful scenery, read, or hold a conversation with one’s traveling companion. On our return, which happened to be a Sunday, we were treated to more woes, more family history, a lengthy discourse on upcoming tours, which must have lasted a minimum of 45 minutes, and, the piece de resistance, a lengthy
which ended with: "Praise God. Hallelujah!" So very unprofessional unless the tour and/or agency had been specifically advertised as Christian based! I would never use this agency again!

"We used Encore travel in the past for a trip to Hawaii and thought it went well, so we decided to use them again. I think a list of the issues would be most efficient." 1. We faxed the agent all of our pertinent information including the usual stuff as well as, FF numbers, TSA precheck numbers ect. When we received our itinerary, we noticed my mother-in-laws name was missing an "n". But, we had a week before the trip so we notified the agent and he assured us that in the TSA system, it is correct and if it isn't, he would make sure it would be. When we got to the airport to pick up our tickets, her name was still spelled WRONG on the ticket. (I found this odd because on the post card the travel agent sent us, wishing us a "
voyage", her name was spelled correctly). We were afraid they might not let her board the plane. It turns out, according to our agent, that the TSA person does not look at the spelling on the ticket, but is looking at some other spelling on some other device, and it was spelled correctly there. So we were able to board. But my mother-in-law was still upset that the travel agent didn't seem to care that her name was still misspelled on the ticket. It was kind of an insult. 2.Our TSA pre-check numbers were NOT entered into the system and as a result, we could not use that line either going or coming. A minor inconvenience, but still one just the same. 3. We did not receive any vouchers for our activities when the itinerary was mailed to use, but we did get a card telling informing us to call a local number once we were in Hawaii to get our vouchers. After 2 phone calls and being on hold for 30 minutes each, and leaving a message to please call us back, we still had no vouchers. Randomly, later that day, we received a message from the hotel's front desk that we had a fax. It turns out those were our vouchers. No one returned our calls, or let us know to expect a fax. Very unprofessional. 4. The second hotel we stayed at did NOT have air-conditioning. We were not informed of this until we checked in. Not exactly luxury travel. Overall, given the amount of money we spent, nearly $15,000 on the trip, we expected any details that the travel agent was in control of to be correct. After all, they
themselves as "luxury travel". We did not like having to constantly check and make sure all the our trip was prepared correctly. It detracted from our experience and left us wondering what exactly did we pay for?

Vacation Packages

Some people’s idea of a great vacation is to throw the map out the window and just get in the car and go. For most, though, it requires research and planning to find affordable vacation deals that promise a fun and safe time away from home. Purchasing a vacation package helps you do the homework on your destination getaway and often means you're getting a better deal.

Ooh - BAD timing for travel to Hawaii - and if not booked by now you probably just about have to have a travel agent. Good thing this is just the honeymoon and not the wedding, if you are booking now - so an agent will be even more important to you in this case, though I guess you might get a decent deal with an airline-sponsored package deal for two as well, if any are still available.

My experience - a good travel agent is worth their weight in gold - we give ours a thank-you gift each year. We have one that charges $35 a person fee for all but extensive foreign travel packages (they make most of their money off booking commissions). We use her for all travel except simple mileage-plan-paid there-and-back trips when there is no rental car or motel involved, because when she does the booking she generally saves us about $25-50/day just on rental car and hotel/motel. For instance, on one Disney World trip we were able to take the 4 in the family PLUS our kid's two best friends for about 5 days there, staying on-property with preferred passes, for the same amount as just the normal two adult cost - a thousand plus in savings. We can go online and see zero mileage or discount seats available for an entire week - yet she is able to get us seats on the day we want in most cases, or at worst one day away, and almost always on mileage even though the airlines themselves say no mileage seats are available - including at high travel periods.

Of course, you need a conscientious one with lots of experience who knows the system ins and outs, and preferably running on the Sabre reservation system because it shows a lot more than competing systems and makes finding alternative booking easier, as I understand it.

Using a travel agency (preferably one with several people working there and 24-hour emergency service) also gives you a firm point of contact to solve any problems or rescheduling - we have had 10 minute rebooking several times when a flight was cancelled - generally before the airline even got around to starting to help passengers get on other flights, and an agent carries a LOT more weight with rental car agencies or hotels or airlines than you do if the reservation is screwed up by them. Oh, and our agent always gets us a free car upgrade too - typically jumped up 2 grades at no extra charge.

Don't leave it ALL to the agent - give a synopsis of what type of lodging and seating and such you want and things you want to visit, then let him/her come back with a concept plan for approval modification, then to a hold reservation for your approval - typically an agent can put a "hold" on reservations for 24-48 hours for your approval, though that does require you stay on top of your eMail to respond back with OK or not in time to allow cancelling or confirming the reservation within that timeframe.

When I went into
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
, I was at a loss on where to go since our first choices were already taken through the internet. So, the reason I went in was because I needed help.
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
assured me that she would be able to help my wife and I. She sure did and was so nice and positive. We had a great trip to the smokey mountains and stayed in a little log cabin. During the days we went horseback riding in the smokeys and did Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge during the evenings. We will go back and do some hiking and other things. We had a great time and, they know their stuff over at

Well i went to this agency and booked my trip in HI and i paid with a check and and sealed the package. About a week later, i was notified by the travel agent who originally booked my trip that the hotel i was to stay in went out of business. so when i attempted to get my $$$ back i was told i would only receive a certain amount, but not a full refund. I would later find out in the midst of all this that my vacay package was never booked by this travel agent acc to the travel agency
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
books through. It was all quite some time ago so my memory is a wee bit fuzzy in regards to all that took place, but in a nutshell, i paid 2200.00 and in the end i never went on this vacation & only received a lil over 1600.00 in refund. I even spoke with the owner of the co. and
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
i got was a bunch of hot air justifying as to why i would only get this much refund in return. I feel i was suckered. I was even advised by the travel agency, whom Princes Trvel used supposedly, to file a legal charges. In the end i was out 600.00 and grief. But since then i have enjoyed many many getaways using Orbits Online Travel. They book all my vacays and i must say i love them.
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
booking without all the bull and very reasonable prices and discounts. Overall GREAT experience. Orbits is truly fantastic & i will always book through them. But NEVER EVER will i do business with
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
. So tis is my experience. Im glad i have kept a few people i know from any potential hed-aches by telling them my experience with Princes Travel....

Everything went perfect. I was very pleased with
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
Smerdel's efforts to manage the vacation for us. She made the various flight arrangements, which were very complex. She arranged for the unaccompanied minor service so we could send our 13 year old son ahead for 2 weeks alone, where he stayed with family in
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
. Then, she arranged the train service from
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
to London, and a perfect hotel in London, which had 4 bedrooms for only $300 a night, perfect for a big family, in London, where prices are usually SO high. The sightseeing plans were excellent and we were able to see most of the main tourist spots in London in 3 days with no difficulty at all. And, finally, arranged pre-paid taxis to and from airport, so we did not bother with payment, etc. Most of our travel, sightseeing and taxis were all prepaid, which is a great service.

We used
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
to plan our family vacation. After much internet research I was totally confused and gave them a call. We discussed the options I had seen on line and they suggested some alternatives. Ultimately we went to their suggestion and booked the
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
resort. We couldn't have been happier. The resort was everything and more than we expected. We will use them again for our next trip.

I booked my hotel through
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
for a specific date and right after I booked it, I immediately knew I booked it for the wrong date and called
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
to change this. I called not even 5 minutes later and explained to them that I had accidentally processed the wrong date. They said they would communicate with the hotel, fax the correct information and help me get it changed in order to accommodate my stay. At that point, everything was great and they had successfully changed my date- so they said. I then called a couple weeks after to check on the reservation and they had confirmed everything had been changed. Now, my daughter and I are booking the rest of our hotels for our trip and I called
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
because something told me I needed to triple check. Long behold, I called and they told me that nothing was changed and no paperwork was ever faxed over and they basically acted like they had NO CLUE what I was talking about. They had me on hold forever, tried to get me to pay more money and basically they aren't going to fix their mistakes in any way, shape or form. I guess you could say that they flat out lied to me by telling me that my dates were changed when they were not.
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
is a TERRIBLE customer service company and I will be doing everything in my power to let everyone know that they should never use this company and they should use others who offer free cancellation and GOOD customer service. I am disappointed and now I have wasted money for no good reason. Please do not use this company, there are other companies that have much better service than
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
. They have lost my business for life.

My husband and I received flyers about
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
, and after reading them, we decided to take advantage of one of
their offers. The advertising stated that there would be two round trip airline tickets within the continental US. There were
certain limitations that applied, such as flights limited to off-peak travel, flights departing from major airports, a ninety day
lead time etc. The staff at
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
would book the flights. The key sentence that we read was as follows:
"Travelers are responsible to pay airline taxes, booking fees, meals, tips, and gratuities."
The word free was not used, but the sentence above seemed very clear. The offer also stated that any fees we paid would
be deducted from the quote we received from the booking company. This would mean, in our opinion, that the $70 deposit
we had to pay would be deducted.
So we sent in the $70 deposit, and waited to see what our tickets would be. We were quite surprised to see that the tickets
were the same price as any tickets we could book ourselves from any online site.
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
is obviously just a travel
agency that uses this deceptive advertising to get customers. The $70 was not deducted from the cost of the tickets, since
we found an identical flight for the same cost from the same airline at the same time. When I called to get our refund, I talked
to the manager, and when I mentioned the Better Business Bureau, I was told that we would have no refund unless we wrote
a letter stating that we would do nothing negative. I have since contacted the BBB, and Yelp, and will write the Attorney
General of Maryland since it is now a matter of principle and not money. So, do not be taken in, as we were, by false
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
is engaged in deceptive practices, and makes no attempt to provide legitimate service by
refunding our money.

Trip was incredible! But I would expect nothing less from
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
. She is OH SO GREAT at what she does. I will ALWAYS use her service. Accept her advice and recommendations. And assuredly recommend her.

I was very disappointed in the email I was specific as to where the vacation plans were and than they wrote back indicating that they did not fully understand my request and on top of that when I tried picking a ship for the vacation it kept flagging me this was not the right ship but only 4 came up and how can I know which one would sail to the destination the
Boise Travel Agents Provider Name Locked
might work for some people but for me it did nothing.so with this I would not use them give them a f rating
