"I chose him because he is younger and one of his interests is sports medicine and I figured at my age, I need a little bit of sports medicine. It is a good group. They are easy to work" with and give you a little more
in making appointments or coming in for lab tests, blood tests and so forth. They give you a little more sense of individual comfort. They have a more direct relationship. I haven’t had any problems at all with billing or administration.

"I had x-rays done and they said
but called the following morning and said you need to see an orthopedic surgeon. Called back and asked for Dr.
" who replaced both of my knees and I trusted completely and liked the interaction I got with him. They advised me he didn't do ankles and scheduled me with Dr.
(
)
. I got right in but I didn't feel he cared about the injury and said yes a slight break keep wearing the boot and I will see you in a couple weeks. The pain got worse rather than better so I called 3 times to advise them of the pain and what I should do as my appointment was still over a week away. I had a followup appointment with Dr.
on my knees the week prior to my return appointment with Dr.
and thought I would talk to them then. The nurse came out and said because I am older it takes longer to just wait Dr.
couldn't see me. I saw Dr.
and explained what was going on and he said he would see what he could do, he came back and said Dr.
(
)
will see me. They took me for x-rays of my ankle, then I saw Dr.
. He said so you still hurt? yes Well you aren't getting surgery....I said I don't want surgery I just want the pain to go away. He never really examined my foot, said he didn't like the boot emergency gave me and that insurance might not pay for another boot. I said look I don't care I just want injury fixed cast it, put me in another boot, do and MRI, anything. He said if I insist he will authorize an MRI. I checked out, handing in paperwork for MRI...a week went by and no call from office on MRI...I called questioned what was taking so long, they said they needed him to dictate report, I said I don't care book the MRI, after I called my insurance and got an authorization number they scheduled and appointment out of their office with Xray of New Mexico the following week. I went and they said here is a disc your doctor is going to want to see this and please don't be walking too much. My appointment was that afternoon so I went to the appointment early, gave them the disc. Dr.
(
)
said there is a possible tear of the one of my tendons that I needed to keep wearing the boot for two more weeks and come back that it takes time and that his response to surgery or non surgery was the same. I continued to hurt, I sat around and kept it elevated, didn't walk much at all in this heavy boot and returned for my appointment. He said well I can try and do surgery to repair it but sometime just a cut makes you think that it is repaired and the pain will go away. I said really....what other choice....you can keep wearing the boot for 3 more weeks and it will probably be healed by that point. I immediately left his office, called insurance to check procedures for a 2nd opinion and was told I could just make the appointment. I did just that with another office, he examined my foot and said that I had several torn tendons and ligaments and that surgery should have been done at the time of injury not 6 weeks later said that I may not get total function of my ankle back. I had surgery 3 days later and just in the last week have been able to put any weight on my foot. I would never go see Dr.
nor would I refer anyone to him. I have since talked to a supervisor over a group of physical therapists and she said there is not one of them that would go to or refer anyone to Dr.

. Stay clear of Dr.
(
)
, his nurse is non caring as well. Nothing against
Dr.
is fantastic, my husband is seeing Dr.
and I have heard of other great doctors there I just didn't get lucky and got Dr.
who isn't fit to practice as far as I am concerned.

Dr.
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
is wonderful! He has a good bedside manner and great personality. He knew immediately what my problem was and let me choose my method of treatment. He suggested a cortisone shot, but I opted to try the splint first. It was not as effective, so I went back for a cortisone shot and it was very successful!

have been seeing Dr.
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
for a number of years now. He is very thorough in his screenings and I like that he has a lab right in his office for blood work and some X-rays. I also trust that he will refer me to excellent specialists if needed.
The most recent visit was for a full physical. I like that Dr.
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
orders many tests to make sure that everything is working well on the inside. I feel very well taken care of in his office and I trust his care. Dr.

's physicals always take two appointments, which is a bit of a bummer to have to pay two expensive co-pays.
The first of the two visits was predominantly the lab work, chest X-

and a wham bam exam.
(Note: I would rather that I could just come in for the first appointment without an actual copay and just have the lab work and chest X-

done and NOT see Dr.

. Then, I could come back for a scheduled appointment with Dr.
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
where he would do the exam and really spend some time talking to me about my test results, etc. Boom. One copay and insurance gets billed for tests done and one thorough exam. But, he doesn't do it that way. Sometimes I wonder if he's doing it the way he does it in order to get more $$ because he's having two face-to-face times with me.)
The second appointment (keep your clothes on) is to review the results of the tests. I always feel like he's rushing me through this appointment. He doesn't take as much time explaining results as I would like him to and just kind of circles things and rushes through them. (Next time, I will be more assertive and pin him down more.) However, I keeps seeing Dr.
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
because he is thorough with the tests he asks for and I know, IF something were actually wrong with me, he would kick into gear and make sure I'm getting the best care possible.

I visited this office three times, and every single time my wait was over 40 minutes long. Today, after a 1 hour wait, I simply asked for a refund of my copayment, and walked out. Nobody told me where the doctor was, or why he was being late. If they do not respect my time, I will not give them my business.

contacted my husband at home himself and was able to fit my husband into his schedule for surgery a few hours later that same day. He was a very nice man and seemed to be a very pleasant doctor. He came in and checked up on my husband before releasing him home after the his surgery.

He is extremely knowledgeable. He is kind. He is prompt. My husband was injured in
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
DC and we got him to come back home knowing that he needed surgery. He went to Dr.
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
the next day and he operated on Good Friday on him. He called us personally on Saturday to make sure that he was doing okay. I liked that. I had a torn meniscus but because my arthritis was so bad, he said that therapy won’t work but make it worse. Eventually I would have to have it replaced but for the time being it is fine. It was a non invasive treatment. He could have recommended surgery but he didn’t and I liked that about him also. I would have one of partners do my knee replacement surgery because he doesn’t do that. But he did the shoulder replacement surgery for my husband which has been quite successful. A couple of times when my husband got himself injured he was able to get in to see him that day or the next day.

They are credible and know what they are doing. They seem to specialize in children's sports injuries and knowledgeable about the healing and rehabilitation process. They have a very good bedside manner with the patients. The staff is very good and knowledgeable as well. They have multiple locations in town which is helpful.

I have always had a bad back and bounced around a few massage and chiropractic places. My co-worker told me about
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
and after finding out how cheap his services were I thought I had nothing to
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
. I booked an appointment with
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
, there are a few others, and I very much enjoyed his services.
He really did a great job of sculpting his technique to my particular problems, which were mostly lower to mid back issues. I have had massages in the past that never really got deep enough into my tissue, but
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
seemed to know just the right amount of pressure I needed to really loosen me up. He does everything from injury rehab to deep tissue to more spa focused massages. Since my first appointment my fiancé has gone here and she loves the paraffin wax treatment they offer for her feet and hands.
All in all this is the best place I have found in
Windsor Heights Sports Medicine Doctors Provider Name Locked
and I will continue to see him on a regular basis.
