was very quick and knowledgeable with the job. They spent around 30-40 minutes. They job was well done and I was happy with the work."

"Our AC quit working last night. I called first thing this morning and they had a tech out by 9 a.m! They are very friendly and professional, great to deal with! We have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. "

"I chose
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
for my job even though they were the highest of three estimates I received. One of the main reasons I chose them was they were the only outfit to include a dryer vent as part of their estimate. Office personnel, management and plumber were all very courteous and friendly. The day the job was to begin the plumber showed up two hours late. This didn't bother me since I had taken the entire day off work anyway, but it is worth mentioning. He stated to me he was having trouble finding a good path for the dryer vent. I suggested the vent go out the front of the house. I was told this was not possible because we'd run into the cement porch. The plumber continued with the rest of the work and we agreed to worry about the dryer vent at a later time. Due to his late arrival, the job could not be finished in one day. He returned the next day and completed most of the job. The plumbing and drainage all worked fine, the error made by the previous owner in draining the water softener was corrected and the new 50

. water heater was installed and working properly. He left without resolving the dryer vent issue. The next day I spoke with the manager,
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
, who stated he would call early the next week to arrange a time to install the dryer vent. I told him that was fine since my new washer and dryer had not been delivered yet. The next week came and went without a call. After doing some research I felt that I could do the dryer vent myself and I started to consider doing so and having
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
just bill me for the work done so far. After measuring I found there was plenty of room to vent the dryer out the front of my house without running into the cement porch. I decided to do that part of the job myself. I called
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
and told him I was going to do the vent myself and to please take that off my bill and send me a final invoice for the job. While I had him on the phone I informed him I had measured and found there was more than enough room to install the vent in the front of the house. He said he knew that, but assumed I would not want it there. I don't know why he assumed that when it was what I had requested in the first place.
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
did send me a final bill and credited me $105 for the dryer vent. I am pretty sure I should have received a larger credit than this when you consider the parts and labor, but I wanted to be done with it so I did not argue this point. I generally liked the folks at
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
and would probably give them an opportunity to bid on a project again, if there ever is one. But they didn't do enough for me to say they would be my first choice next time.

"Our sump pump sprang a leak in the middle of the night, everyone else I called said it would the next day or early morning before they could come.
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
called me right back and offered to find another tech to come and take a look. The other tech called me within 10 mins and said he would be there in 1 hr. True to his word he was there in 1 hr, replaced the part we needed with no problems. Will use them again for sure.

"It went well. Repairman fixed the problem quickly, but it didn't stay fixed. I called the next day and he had pulled the record on when they had installed the toilet originally. Since it was still under their warranty my service call(s) were free. Decided to replace the part as repair was not a good option.

"I hired
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
to finish my bathroom and install heat runs in the basement on March 30, 2013.
The start date was March 25 2013. The initial payment of $1500 was given to them on March 25.

The first thing that I did wrong was to trust them by giving the worker (
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
) my credit card the first day work began, so that he could go and purchase the materials he needed to complete the job. I should have gone with him. He purchased way too much materials. I have 100 feet of pec line that I can't use and can't return. He purchased two brass manifolds that he didn't even use. Luckily I got my money back for them. He purchased a huge box of framing nails that he only used maybe 1/10 of. I have no use for the remainder. He purchased 16 extra feet of 6 inch heat runs that I can't return or use.

After work began, one of the first things that I noticed after he set the two piece shower was that there was a large gap on the long side of the shower between the two pieces. The sides on each end did not have that big of a gap.
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
said that was normal.
When he installed the water lines he ran them outside of the wall structure. I told him in the beginning that I will be installing drywall on the back side. Since the lines were outside the wall I would not be able to hang the drywall. He moved them but was not very polite about it and told me that he did not know that I would be installing drywall there.
After he finished installing the plumbing, the hot and cold water lines were mounted 12 inches apart. He knew that I had a pedestal sink. When I confronted him about the lines being visible once the pedestal was installed, he told me that there was nothing he could do about it. I should have insisted that he move them close together, but I didn't want to make any waves. At this point, I just wanted my bathroom finished and him gone as soon as possible.

After the rough in was done, I had it inspected by the city of

. The first thing the inspector asked me was where is my mechanical permit for installing the heat runs and bathroom vent. When I confronted
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
he was really surprised that a mechanical permit was required. I didn't know that one was required either. However, everyone is telling me now that one is required and he should have known that. The inspector also said that the heat
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
in the bedroom had to be moved to the window area and that a cool air return had to be installed. I had to hire a licensed HVAC person to pull the permit move the
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
in the bedroom and install a cool air return in the bedroom. I already paid
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
to do that.
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
told me that he was not going to pay for their work.

After the work the inspector had instructed me to do was completed (with the excepotion of the batroom vent flea hose being installed) I paid
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
another $1300. They told me tto give them a call to finish the job. once I have the floor installed in the bathroom, the bathroom painted, and the ceiling ready to be installed in the area where the flex hose for the bathroom vent was going to be mounted to the outside. I initially called
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
on April 8 (Monday) and told him that I was ready for him to finish the job. He said that he would be there the following week. Two weeks went by. I called him on Friday April 26. He told me that he didn't remember me calling him two weeks prior and told me that he would be here to finish the job no later than the next Tuesday April 30. I called him back on Tuesday April 30 to ask him what time he would be here, he told me that he was on another job and denied telling me that he would be here to finish the job. He then told me that I should probably hire someone else to finish the job. So in order to get my bathroom finished I am haveing to hire yet another company to do a job that I have already paid for once. They never reimbursed me for the work that I had the HVAC person do eiher,

came highly recommended. To this day I am baffled as to why???
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
was late almost every day he worked on the project. He did a terrible job of cleaning up at the end of the day.. One day when I went to the gym, I accidently left my front door unlocked.
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
showed up and entered my house while I was not at home without my permission. I am not sure about the other aspects of the company, but in my opinion,
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
is a horrible carpenter/plumber and can't be trusted. He took my money and ran, and I was naive enough to give it to him. I trusted him, and he took advantage of that. I was a fool for trusting him.

Unless you want to get ripped off, I would never hire this company to do anything.

" This task was completed in around two hours. He was prompt with the estimate. The estimate was accurate and completed for said quote.
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
was knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He was also very courteous.
His prices were very competitive. I would not only recommend this man for any plumbing work in your home I personally would not use anyone else.
It was a pleasure to write this review and I hope it helps anyone looking for a plumber.

"I called in the morning and they said they would send someone out at noon. The plumber arrived at noon on the dot. He was friendly and not pushy. He diagnosed the problem quickly anf gave us our options. We chose an option and he had it installed in about 40 minutes. Very efficient.

"Noticed water heater was leaking after arriving home. Researched this list that night for plumbers and selected Brown. Called the next morning. Man on the phone explained options, prices and pluses/minuses of each. Once decision was made, he provided estimated arrival time for that day. Plumber was on time, explained what he would do, worked fast and clean, covered carpet and entry to prevent damage from old heater removal, explained unit and warranty. Brown billed us later. Very unobtrusive experience.

"I had some trouble with a basement floor drain backing up a few times in
August. Again my better judgment from a previous mediocre experience, I
called
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
. The gentleman who came was very friendly, courteous and
knowledgeable and was able to get the drain flowing again by plunging
it. I thought all was well.
Two days later I came downstairs to
find it flooded again. I vacuumed it up and plunged the drain again. I
called
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
and left a voicemail. Two hours later my basement flooded
again. I vacuumed it up and plunged the drain

. I called
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
, left
another voicemail and informed them the situation was now an emergency.
They NEVER called back. Not the next day, not the next week...NEVER.
I called another establishment who came out and fixed the problem that day.
I emailed
Marion Plumbers Provider Name Locked
as she had emailed me an invoice and strongly and professionally indicated my displeasure. I received no response. I cannot BELIEVE a business would ignore a customer in need this way.
