"Dr.
King is caring, thorough in examinations and takes the time to answer any & all questions. Dr.
King, her" husband and partner, makes this practice exceptional. Always about the patients (eye) health & comfort.

"In the past their work was fine. But I have changed insurance and the office has been so difficult about this that it has taken hours of attempted calls to them" and to the vision insurance company and I still haven't been able to schedule an appointment. This is the worst office service I've ever had. I can't imagine how the place is staying in business if the communication by their office staff is so poor.

Ophthalmology

Quite literally meaning "the science of the eyes." ophthalmology studies the way the eye works. Ophthalmologists care for this incredibly complex and delicate part of the body and the factors that affect its health.

A growing number of people are buying prescription glasses online. Some advice — and cautions —if you plan to browse frames and lenses sans the store.

Blurred or lost vision may be signs of a potential eye ailment, but some rare diseases that can cause blindness can only be detected with an examination.

Absolutely you have rights to your own medical records. You may have to put it in writing and go through the offices records department. Call and ask to speak with the records department and ask their protocol.

I think the man is a doctor. He doesn't just give you an eye exam. He talks about your lifestyle. He is really so thorough that I am very impressed. I have been seeing him for about 20 years now. Everyone at the practice is so professional that it's pleasure to go there.

This was my third time going into the clinic and had intended on buying the glasses I had tried on previously. I was originally quoted a price, when I went back in a few weeks later to purchase the glasses I was told a higher price. The front end girls were very rude and condescending when explaining why my insurance coverage was not available. Because I was still confused and upset I emailed through the website asking for clarification and stating what had happened. I was sent a reply stating there was "confusion" and told my discount through insurance would be available as of January, 2015.
Upon returning last Friday, January 16th I was told that I could not get the discount and went I explained how frustrating that was the girl helping me shrugged her shoulders. I told her I was going else where to purchase the glasses because I felt this was wrong and they should honor the discount under these circumstances. She told me she could "write down the style" of glasses for me to go purchase elsewhere. No apology.
I then decided to email the same woman back who told me I would be given the discount and explained the situation. She apologized and made excuses for why there was still "confusion". Point being they should have offered me the discount because o their errors but it's obvious that was never considered. There are MANY choices as consumers these days and we should spend our money where it matters and with companies that deserve it. I do not recommend
Knoxville Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
and hope you will think twice about trusting vision care with them. I feel the customer service there is poor and how they handle errors is bad business.

Great doc. Have been going to him for at least ten years. Located in Costco in Issaquah. Typical for Costco: Great quality at a reasonable price.

He's very good. He listened to the problems that I was having all around, in relation to the problem I was having with my eyes. He's very good and terrific to listen to, but very hard to get appointments with, because he's so well known.

On one side is Opticians and then the other side is regular medical doctors.
They are very professional. The eye doctors are very professional there. I use Dr.
Knoxville Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
and Dr.
Knoxville Ophthalmologists Provider Name Locked
, I've used him for a number of years. He is very professional. Great with patients. He is very patient with patients and he knows what he is doing. On the eyeglass center, both my wife and I turned out and find our eyeglasses. They are very professional about what they do there. Extremely service oriented. It's not one of these places where you get glasses for $29. The place, when you go in, you are going to have high quality glasses, lenses and frames and they are going to follow up with service.
It was actually in January when I went in and my frames broke. She walked in and within 15 minutes I had brand new frames, no cost. What you are doing is, part of it is, it's not one of these places that people don't know what they are doing. Anyone, ... and you pay more for that but then what happens is that you are going to get a higher quality product and then also, if there are any issues, boy they take care of them and fast.
I know it is different, some people want $29 glasses and when something happens throw them away.
It's located in a nice modern office building, clean and professional situation. The staff, whenever you come in, extremely friendly. Nice welcome, friendly staff, helpful. It isn't like when you walk in and they ignore you. When you walk in, right away you are greeted and they give you an update on what's happening. And that's on both sides of the house, whether it's on glasses or on the professional offices.

He is very professional and skilled and very personal and he did an excellent job. I use him regularly now for checkups. I would definetly recommend him. I have Medicare, so I am lucky enough not to have to pay for the visits, so I'm not sure what his charges are.
