I would like to recommend
for their fine work.
was refered to me by my cousin, who was having
, put on his roof.
I needed the same. I contacted them and they were here in no time to give an estimate.
The price was a fair price, very fair.
The work was started in record time. Although it was about a 2 week project,
every night....all ladders were stored, all trash removed, yard area raked and
debris removed....EVERY NIGHT, even though they were returning the very next morning.
That was something special ya
’t get with most companies.
I was very, very pleased with the job
did on my roof.
So siding was next,
could do that too...and they did.
Again a fair price and a wonderful job.

Then new vinyl windows.
Then gutters.
Then complete bathroom makeover, which included drywall, tile, flooring,
tub install, painting and plumbing.
Then a new electrical panel for the entire house.
has done it all. They are not your large company,
but their service, price and guarantees behind their work cannot be beat
by the larger companies.
I am very pleased with all the work they have done.
I highly recommend them for any home project that you may have.

My husband met with a representative from
who was pleasant and knowledgeable. A detailed bid was submitted for the work we were looking to have done. Follow up questions were answered in a timely manner and with sufficient detail. We got three bids for this work, and in the end we decided to go with a different contractor. We would definitely consider contacting
again if we ever need more work done. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.

This was a difficult remodel due to the age of the house and type of light blocking windows required,
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very patient and worked with us to find the right supplier and type of doors and windows. The project took several months to complete since the door and windows had to be custom built to fit the existing space to our specifications.

In addition to the work at our house we had
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
install a new glass shower door and two storm doors at our daughter's house.

In the last ten years we have remolded every room in the house using many different contractors, this was the best contractor and experience during this time. Definitely the most knowledgeable and concerned with performing the work in a highly professional manner.

My experience with AES was a very positive one from the initial estimation to the end results.
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Hill did our estimate for the work to be performed and it was accurate almost to the dollar. Since I was inexperienced at buying products for the bathrooms,
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
spent his entire Sunday helping me purchase products and with the exception of the shower, I got everything I needed the same day. In addition,
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
directed me to a company that could obtain the correct shower for my space. I would most assuredly want

was just another great surprise from AES. He was professional, honest, punctual, focused, never left in the afternoon until everything was cleaned up and I loved his kind yet industrious temperament. My husband and I are extremely happy with the end results. The fact that

I was very pleased with the garage and A-trim door. Very nice job. The subfloor and rim/sill repair turned out to be a much bigger job than I thought. We had several return visits to get the job completed. A lot of stress but I will say that
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was always responsive and has the best customer service skills I have ever come across. He followed up with every concern immediately. You can tell he cares about his company and that the job is right.

The
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
workers did an excellent job with a fine attention to detail, treating all personal items with respect, storing them out of the way as needed. Also, they did minor repair work as they went along, painted extra items that needed it, and pointed out to me what was done and why. The home hadn't been painted in 16 years, so it needed a lot of prep/minor repair work. It looks like new! All in all, an excellent job and I'd recommend this company highly.

Run do not walk away from this contractor. After spending the last year and half going through surety bond companies and arbitration with the California State License Board, all I can say is that I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you do feel so inclined to do business with this outfit (aka Premier Green Landscaping) do your due diligence. Flag #1, get a financial history report; wish that I had done this and obviated any further dealings with this guy. If you're dealing with someone in continuous financial distress, what are the chances that there will be inevitable issues concerning monies paid vs. work completed? In this case, he spent 9 months on a 3 month job, and didn't show any progress over the last 4 months, but not before he collected most of the money. He also left the project half-completed with tons of workmanship issues. How would you like to have dirt and rocks filled in the mortar blocks of structural walls instead of cement? Well here's your guy. Had to find this out on our own because he cleverly hid this fact from us. The shrewdness of this fellow in his manipulative ways of trying to craft contract disputes over alleged work changes is unbelievable. Check out his property record, which is a public record, and you might get a sense of the level of indebtedness that afflicts and permeates his daily thinking and behavior. Of course, the contract drawn up by this guy has no protective clauses for the consumer like Performance Bond or Arbitration. He routinely ignored California Code by collecting funds ahead of delivered work product and services. The contractor purports to have expertise in construction, but never demonstrated this in actuality. He thinks of himself as as a general contractor, subcontracting out work to companies that he has had no experience with, and in our own personal experience were unlicensed with the state of California. He represented on his license registration that he has no employees, but utilized on our project an unemployed older man that he compensated with the use of a truck. You can just imagine the level of competence that resulted. Low skilled laborers were his main source of labor on the project, and for the most part, these workers worked part days or didn't show up at all. Furthermore, the alleged, unpaid site manager did not have a project milestone plan to get the project completed in a timely manner so many days the workers accomplished very. No electrical or gas lines were completely installed, no was artificial turf and sod in different portions of the front and rear lawns. What the contractor did: Sat at his house and kept a log of every email sent to him as if that was an effective way to complete the project in a timely manner. When he substantially exhausted all the funds that he had collected in advance of work completion, he resorted to alleging that any subject that came up about work constituted a change, for which he was entitled for additional payment. Many of the changes he claimed that he was entitled to he never spent one minute on completion. He also created accounting records that I would have loved to have been reviewed by the IRS. No project management software was utilized to create a financial status report, which
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to his assertions of being "upside down" on the project even that more suspect. In fact, during the course of the project he routinely asserted that he didn't owe me any financial reports nor did he have to. If you can imagine a contractor leaving a project 60% uncompleted and then asserting that he was due another $25K, you have all you need to know about this firm. Even though his contract contained workmanship warranty provisions he never honored his oblgations once. If he had rework, especially that caused by shoddy workmanship, his response was that you owed him additional money because he had none to rectify his deficient work. Absolutely untrustworthy, unreliable, and poor performing contractor.

has worked for me before and done excellent work, and this time was no exception.
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
has always been easy to work with and knows his job well. He has been doing this job his whole career and is always willing to accommodate special requests and adjusts to your schedule well. BTW,
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
is no longer with H&M and
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
is the owner. Call him at 2532616798.
His expertise with replacing windows without cutting siding to put in builder windows instead of remodel windows saved the exterior look of the house and those wood borders around the windows you so often see. His expertise with trim work is great - the baseboards and casing around doors/pantry/closet show good workmanship with the joints and a true eye for making things look good. His drywall skills are way beyond mine and he has a knack for making the repairs to any drywall disappear and blend with the surrounding texture. His expertise also showed when installing the fans in the laundry and bath off the family room. They both function well with no intrusion into the crowded overhead space between floors. He also kept me informed of any decisions or schedule changes he needed help on or when he wasn't going to be working that day. He also worked a couple weekends late into the night since the house was unoccupied at the time and he had free reign, which shows he was interested in making good use of the time to get the job done. His cost to do this job was about $5000 less than another bid I received for the same work, and that company uses contractors to do the work for the most part. His price is fair and reasonable and I believe we both got what we wanted. He sticks to his estimate unless there is a major cost upper and then informs you when there are issues and will work with you to make you happy. That, in my opinion, is what makes a great contractor.
By all means, call
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, you will not regret your decision.

Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
always has very good suggestions about what to do and provides options as well as pro's and con's for everything. He will spend the time working with you to fully understand what you want to do. I purchased all the supplies (tile, fixtures, etc...) so the approximate cost does not include those items. I had a pretty clear vision for what I wanted (wainscoting, marble tile, shelves behind the toilet) and it came out better than I expected.
Fort Dodge Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
is always very responsive to calls - usually he is calling back within minutes, which is very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be calling on them again in the Fall for another project.
