"I would highly recommend
Company. They were on time, very efficient and professional, and friendly as well. The entire move went very smoothly with no problems whatsoever.

"Unlike many of the other providers as we make a move from West
to Thorndale,
& a Truck called ahead of arrival (as promised) and" came bright and early. They arrived on time and worked quickly. Also nice: I was able to call within a month of moving and get the date I wanted, which is not the case with other movers I've found recommended on Angie's list.

"The consultation seemed to go well with 'K.C', but on the actual packing day and moving day, nothing was as promised. The princess packers cost $177 an hour for 3 people," plus supplies. I paid for 3 hours, they left after 1.45 hours and said they were "done". There was a lot more packing they could have done that I got tired of pointing out to them and so I quit arguing and let them leave. They showed up without wardrobe boxes as promised so no clothes got packed at all. I would not recommend them, they are slow and a waste of money. After I explained the situation to the supervisor, he offered a $50 refund…big deal! The movers were supposed to be six guys, only five showed up. It was a super hot day so I understood when they worked pretty slowly. They worked steadily but they certainly never 'jogged' in between carrying things like I was told. The estimate from K.C. after spending a couple hours inventorying the whole house was "4 hours, 5 at the very most". I told him okay that I needed to stay in my $1600 budget. Their estimate was a lot higher than other moving companies, but I thought six guys would be fast and it would balance out. Not so…The move took over 7 hours and the bill was atrocious. I would not recommend them, or I would at least not count on the initial estimate and be prepared to pay $$$$$$

great group of hard working young men...they deserve a raise. Worked fast and efficient. Their choice in pizza is bizarre, but enjoyed breaking bread with them....the chicken combo was just weird; and I am still thirsty from the triple

I used
Fairfield Movers Provider Name Locked
when moving to Boston. The workers were personable, yet pros at the same time. Confirmation call was appreciated, as was another call when they were on the way...that's good customer service. Although I was only moving the contents of a one bedroom apartment, they did it carefully and in very fast time. They took the stress out of moving because it's obvious they know they are doing. I was impressed with their process and in no time were off and ready to unload. Big relief, starting at stacked boxes and furniture I was imagining all kinds of things that could have gone wrong. Once the movers packed everything, I knew I was that much closer to my new home. Without a doubt I would recommend

to anyone who need help getting about Boston.

This is the 2nd time we have used
Fairfield Movers Provider Name Locked
's Moving Company. The 2 men scheduled to do the move arrived on time - actually even sooner than we thought. They were friendly & courteous. Upon arrival, they took a few minutes to walk thru and go over what we had boxed up and what needed to be moved, and then quickly began the move. The 2 guys were very organized, worked well together and I was impressed by how fast they emptied the apartment and the care they took doing so. The second half of the move (the drop off) went equally smooth and quick.
Moving can be very stressful, but
Fairfield Movers Provider Name Locked
's made it easy from start to finish. Both times we have hired them, the experience has been positive from start to finish. The final cost was exactly as quoted, and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family - or anyone who is in need of their services.

They were scheduled to be at my home between 8:30 and 9:00 am to begin . They arrived 45 minutes late and explained that one of the men was a no show and they had to call another workers who was off that day . The crew chief requested to view what was being moved . He also conveyed to me that certain items would need be to packed or wrapped to avoid damage , Such as Mirrors , Large Glass Items , Mattress and other furniture at an addiitional cost . He stated that since they wrap it, they would be responsible for any damage . I agreed to pay the additional fee for my mattress and mirrors and a few picture frames .
. The wrapped all my furniture in padded blankets , Flat Screens TVs Etc. , Removed all the Legs to tables and couches Arm Chairs as well as disconnecting my entire entertainment center at my request., No Charge was applied .
Since I was moving from a Very large home to a much smaller home , We had several items we would be unable to take with us ,
I told the movers I did not want to take a glass table , since we had no room for it as well as paying any packing fee. The foreman saw my wife was upset about not taking the glass table . After a few more hours of moving and selecting what was comming & what we were going to donate . We were ready to go to the new house . I gave the foremen some money and told him to pick up some lunch at a deli before he reached the new house.
The movers were about 15 minutes behind us , as I was happy they didnt take a long lunch , smoke break
When we arrived at the new house , I began to direct which pieces of furniture would go in to what room and so forth . When I Turned around I saw the glass table that I didnt want , " I asked the mover , How did this get HERE ? " He told me he saw my wife was upset so he brought it over here and warpped it at no charge ,. Which I thought was very nice . But I still didnt want the table . After the first

was emptied , The foreman said He needs to get paid before he finishes unloading . He figured He would be there for 2 more hours and factored that in the bill . I paid the bill and they procceded to finishing un packing the truck
Since My wife could not decide where to put what, It took longer for them to finish then what I had prepaid for .
So I was happy with the move and the movers . there was no damage , there was no drama , they were professional , and yes i would use them again . I gave them a healthy tip to show my appreication and thanked them .

For the most part, I was very pleased with the service. I felt like the service provider could definitely work on punctuality and making sure that the provider is on time. The gentlemen were very respectful to both myself and my family. The providers were very hard working and I honestly felt that the provider gave us a very reasonable price for the move.
