"
Miles was very responsive to my initial inquiry. I had an estimate and agreed to service quickly. Based on my easy communication with
" and quick estimate, I paid for the service in advance (which was a mistake). The first day the crew came, I was happy with what they had done so far, however they weren't finished with the work that was agreed upon. I inquired with
as to whether they were coming back. He assured me they weren't finished and that they would come back the next day. I waited several days, and they finally came back. I don't think they spent very much time trimming anymore trees when they came back because there were only a few more branches cut rather haphazardly. They did take the pile of trimmings from the first day, which had started to
the grass having sat there for a week. I thought that was a little strange since I had clearly indicated I wanted to do complete lawn renovation if I was happy with the tree service. After waiting a few more days, I decided to review my correspondence with
to make sure I understood what we had agreed upon. It was all there in writing and clearly hadn't been finished, so I contacted
. He apologized and assured me they would come back and make it right. I hoped this would be the case, so I sent
pictures showing exactly what still needed to be done. That was in
. It is now October and I have never seen a crew or heard from
since then. I don't know what went wrong or why the crew did such a poor job. If they felt I had not paid an appropriate amount for the work that needed to be done, we could have discussed that. Instead, they just did a lousy job and left it at that.
kept making promises, but the actual crew never came through. I will never use this company again, and I would not recommend anyone else do so either.

"For the first couple of years the lawn looked great. Then began seeing decline. Called back out multiple times which they reluctantly did. Finally gave up and changed provider and lawn looks fantastic again.

How to Get Rid of Springtails

One of the most effective ways to control springtails is to dry out the infested area. Springtails require a high-moisture environment to breed and thrive, living mostly off of algaes that grow in moist conditions. They will either leave the infested area or die out. If there is an infestation that cannot be controlled by drying out the infested area, use an appropriately labeled insecticide with a residual time These will typically be a liquid concentrate form, a wet-able powder form, or a dust product.  DO NOT APPLY UNTIL AREAS ARE DRY.  If area will not dry naturally, use Corn Starch to soak-up any lingering moisture and otherwise 'steer' any rain water or irrigation away from area.

Also, if there is a noticed springtail infestation around the perimeter of the structure, use the insecticide to do a barrier treatment and apply corn starch to reduce or eliminate moisture. Caulk and seal all cracks and crevices and inspect potted plants before they are brought into the house.

I would talk to your local lawn and garden supply store (or mill and feed) - NOT a box store or hardware store. There are also selective grass control chemicals. YOu can research this by Googling using search string      "Tall Fescue Control" - there are lots of articles by the USDA and individual state cooperative extension services.

There is a treatment called chlorsulfuron TFC (Tall Fescue Control) that will do this - it worked for me in western New York, but took 3 years to finish out all the tall fescue. It may now be limited to use by commercial applicators - pretty potent stuff. Can yellow bluegrass or make it phytosensitive, but our looked OK during treatment because the TFC was applied in the fall for best results, and our lawn was dormant till spring anyway.

Tall fescue can also be controlled by real short mowing, but only in areas where the bluegrass is dominant and really thrives so will eventually crowd out the trimmed fescue, but you may be too far north for that.

After a treatment in late June of 2014, my grass began dying in my front and side yard where
Council Bluffs Lawn Aeration Provider Name Locked
had sprayed. I called the company and asked them to come out and look at my lawn. The crew that came out put fertilizer down and said that would fix it. It did not help, but I was charged for the new treatment since they said it was time for the next treatment anyway. I called and reported that the problem still existed and asked that someone come out and look at it. No one showed, no calls. I emailed the company and again asked for help. No one answered the email or called. It is now October and I still have dead grass only where this company treated.

very professional family business. They took the time to review the condition of the lawn. services performed met expectations. I signed up for the maintenance program, so I hope to see improvement in the lawn over the next year.

N/a. I requested a quote for aeration. Although response was quick, future purchasers should know that their services is offered on THEIR schedule only. The response I received was that they are done in my area and will not be coming back. Aeration is typically done in the fall, apparently they wull service only in the early part of fall. This company is either small or customer service is secondary.

Recommend NOT using them. They did not come when initially scheduled. Phone number went to random call centers in multiple states. Could never talk to our service rep. Only interest in us was when told them to cancel the service.

Before

, our yard had lots of bare spots and the grass looked a little sickly. After fertilizing, aerating and overseeding, our yard is lush, green and full. I can't believe the difference. Since we have a well, I am thrilled that they do not use chemicals but only organic treatments. I also found them to be very helpful, knowledgeable and cost-conscious. Can't say enough good things about my experience with them.

They did an excellent job for the past two years and the grass looks great. After a very disappointing issue with another company Oasis came in and did a great job getting grass to grow on an area without grass previously.. With this latest service there was an misunderstanding over the price. I was quoted a price over the phone and when the bill came it was more than twice what I was quoted.. However they manager called and I was only charged the original price quoted to me. They not only do a terrific job with our lawn they also have outstanding customer service. I have tried many different lawn services over the years but this time I have a service that I will be with for a long time. Thank you Oasis.
