"If you are searching for a preschool that will inspire a love of learning that will last well beyond the preschool years, then I encourage you to visit
" . Two of our children are graduates of
, and our third is still there. We could not have been more pleased with
’s unique “play-based” approach to learning. The children think they are going to school to play and have fun. But what they are actually doing is receiving a solid academic foundation in language arts, math, science, and social studies. From constructing
machines to sequencing story pictures to making patterns, the kids have a blast while becoming incredibly prepared for elementary school. The school’s philosophy of “meeting the child where the child is” means that every child has the opportunity to be enriched in a way that meets the child’s particular needs. The children are given opportunities to explore on their own what interests them, and also to come together as a group to listen to stories, participate in a science experiment, or report on the weather. In addition to the regular curriculum, the school offers enrichment programs in music, Spanish, and gymnastics, all at no extra charge. The teachers are all qualified, experienced, warm, and loving. They know just how to make every child feel special. In addition to the preschool,
offers a top-notch full-day kindergarten, which my children attended. The program prepared them to succeed once they transitioned to “big school.” As an added bonus,
encourages an involved parental community and offers several fun social events for the kids (again at no extra charge) as well as an adults-only spring event. There are lots of ways to get involved and help shape your child’s preschool experience. We visited many other preschools and found that the only ones that compared academically were substantially more expensive. We also found that other schools were either too much play, or too intense on academics.
was the only place we visited where we felt our children would receive a perfect balance of fun and learning. If that’s a balance you are looking for, then
is the place for you.

"I hope the childcare staff realize that to rudely confront and accuse a guest even threaten to take away membership when no wrongdoing had occurred is unprofessional" and should be addressed. Taxpayers fund the
Center and I also pay $99 a month and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and not to be yelled at in front of my young daughter who is supposed to trust these ladies while her mommy is away exercising.

They are amazing, both my grandsons attend and are well taken care of. I would recommend this daycare to anyone. Great food, snacks and breakfast as well. The owner has family preparing fresh meals onsite and the kids seem to love the food. The have lots of outdoor play, weather permitting, and learning time too. There are extra activities offered such as soccer (costs extra), holiday activities at Halloween, Christmas etc. They offer parents night out for a nominal cost. The kids love their teachers.

The people at
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
were all very nice. The coordinator was very professional in showing me the facility and describing what daycare would be like for my child. It seems like it would be a great place! We just went in a different direction (a place located closer to our home).

Policy of racism being uncovered by minority parents whose kids currently attend the school. The school is labeling all minority kids of A specific ethnic descent as problem children and giving them 2 week notices to make room for American kids. The British owner is aware of the behavior of her school administrators and is complicit. Possible class lawsuits are being considered by parents. At least 5 parents have been identified as affected across the

franchise.

Advise for minority parents to not consider this school for their children, though it is conveniently located.

Did not perform / or send me background checks on Nannies she sent to my home before their start date so that I was left in the uncomfortable position of giving out my home address to people who may have ended u= being a
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
to my family and I. Had to repeatedly call and email her before she would send background screen. I resolved this discomfort by having to take both my baby and the
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
to work with me so I could make sure my child was safe and I could not leave a stranger with no background check performed alone in my home with all my valuables. Her Nannies either did not have the required number of references or there references never called back, even when they claimed to have worked as nannies for 18 yrs or more. She did not seem concerned when I brought this to her attention, although her family placement contract states clearly that she only uses nannies with a comprehensive background check and confirmed references. Some of her nannies why no call no show on the day they were supposed to serve, and she was unable to send a replacement even though she advertises and signed an on-call
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
contract for which she charged a deposit. She was eventually unable to fulfill her on call
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
contract and reneged on it but insisted on keeping the deposit. It appears that she may get her nannies off Care.com and not really do anything extra although she charges and claims to do more than they do so if you are going to use her service you might as well just use Care.com and save yourself time dealing with poor quality customer service whilst paying more.
When she received a negative review on YELP for her poor quality services she retaliated by getting her friends, and family members to write nasty comments and false reviews on her previous employer's business page.
These comments detail my interactions with
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
as she is the only one I interacted with at
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
. It is not a reflection on anyone else who may co-own or work at this business.

My daughter goes to daycare part time there. The price varies on how much she goes. They are a pre-school and they teach them. They have special programs monthly. They have music and library times. She does sign language and they have a devotion once a week. They have field trips. I think that she has a good time. They have a fantastic student to teacher ratio. They are very caring. There are 6 students to one teacher.

I think the center is wonderful. I think the administration is great. They have a pretty high rate though, future turnover this past three months that we've been there so that's been a little annoying but overall, I love the center. I like its physical appearance. I like the management. I like its philosophy. I chose it because it's so light and bright and the administration seems very friendly. The facility itself is just clean and we had a very small class size and that was the number one. There's only four other kids in his class.

My experience has been nothing less than exceptional. The staff is fantastic! From the moment you walk in to drop the kids off in the morning, to when you pick them up in the afternoon, the staff greets the children and parents with smiles and genuine happiness to see them. One of the most important characteristics a child care facility can have is to ensure the children feel comfortable and safe. A+ is the place! The staff has great communication and always makes sure parents know what is going on. The facility is warm, playful, energetic, artistic and fun! The facility isn't just a daycare, it's a place full of education and success. My children are ahead of the curve in scholastics due to the diligent, hard work put forth toward the education set in place at A+. The staff has a behavior management system of positive re-enforcement, rather than negative. Each day you will know what kind of day your child had based on a stars reward point system. The point system sheet is placed in their lunch box everyday to ensure the parents see it. Also, the children receive fresh, healthy snacks during the day so there's no worry on what your children are eating. I searched through about 15 daycares all over
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
and fell in love with the environment they provide for the children. Another fabulous characteristic about A+ is their involvement with music and the children. Music is a great source of energy and they incorporate that into their daily lives. It's been a place of trust and compassion. I believe it's the owner of the daycare, Dr.
Council Bluffs Day Care Providers Provider Name Locked
, who settles for nothing less than the best when hiring her staff, that creates such a wonderful environment.
Dr.
