"Well. I am really disappointed and aggravated on how they performed. Not only were they there less than an hour, they laid 3 traps and basically sealed one entry" point (which the mouse eat right through). My girlfriend was home at the time and I was not there and I felt like they were in and out and didn't take this job seriously. They told her they would follow up in two weeks which they never did.
had to end up calling this week. As soon as I got to her house I asked what they did and immediately knew we paid 135.00 for something that I could have done, but we waited the 2 weeks anyway just for the fact that these are supposed to be specialists. In that two weeks I believe the bait traps caught one mouse that we know of (which died from eating the bait). It had gotten so bad with the mice that we had to put out sticky traps to get them out of the house. We ended up catching abut 22 in a week and a half (5 on one sticky trap which were all baby mice so they had time to breed again). We took them away from the house and released them from the traps with vegetable oil and they ran off in the woods. Not all of them made it alive but we did our best to let them go and release them. The kids in the house were so freaked by the amount that they were bunched in the same room most nights scared to sleep by themselves. We called another pest control company and they were way more professional and more thorough about trying to rid the house of activity. Not only did they
bait and sticky traps to lure them in in every room, cabinet and closet, but they checked all the closets and rooms in the house for nesting areas, checked the attic, checked all the kitchen cabinets and behind the washing machine and dryer. They ended up finding at least 2 other entry points and also advised that the increase was most likely due to the heat, the fact that they were knocking down trees to build a road, and the exposed entry points. They also scheduled to come back out next week and each week until we didn't see them anymore and also said if we see any issues or something missed they would come back out anytime. They sprayed the perimeter and house with some kind of insecticide for any other insects. In comparison to what
did, it really was sad that this company is going around offering a service for 135.00 and not doing anything. It is like paying 135.00 an hour for someone to do the bare minimum. Very sad and disturbing. Take pride in your work. With this kind of service level I wouldn't be surprised if you are out of business within a year or two.

"
has provided services to us for two years. In addition to being a very dedicated worker, he is very courteous. My two kids run to the door" when they hear that
has arrived, and then they help him check all the traps. I highly recommend
and this service.

Animal removal

Animals are opportunists. Once they get access to an attic, they make themselves at home. Getting them to move out, and stay out, may require the services of an animal removal professional.

Provider arrived on May 15. They placed and baited Hav-A-
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
traps under the front steps, and said they'd be back every day or day-and-a half to replace the bait. Charge was $225 (included a $25 Agnies discount) plus $75 for each animal removed.
Things seemed to go OK for the first week, but then we noticed the bait wasn't being replaced regularly. We had been away for 4 days over Memorial Day weekend and when we returned the we saw the bait had not been touched by man nor beast. I called them and they came our and replaced the bait (originally they used Twinkies and later cupcakes) with cracked-open cans of sardines. The bait was not touched for a week, at which point they came back and pulled the lids off the cans. For the next few weeks I don't know which was worse, the smell of the skunk or that of the sardines. Towards the end we actually preferred the smell of the skunk. At least it didn't draw every fly from miles around. I would have at least expected them to trap our neighbor's cat.
Finally, on the morning of
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
4, we noticed the traps were gone. No note, no phone call, no notice of any kind. I called and left voice mail saying I noticed the traps were gone, please call me and let me know what's next. Never heard back.
This provider's service was not good. They are particularly non-communicative. The only time I heard from them was in response to a call from me. We were provided no status (other than what we could glean for ourselves, i.e., no skunk in the trap) and like a roving carnival, they packed up their stuff in the night and left town.
Meanwhile, our neighbors across the street had a groundhog ravaging their garden. They put out a trap baited with apples and caught the critter in one day.
Maybe this provider doesn't know how to deal with skunks, although you'd think they'd have told us that. Their order form lists several types of animals that could be checked off. "Skunk" had to be written into the "Other" entry, so that tells me they don't (want to) do skunks very often.
By the way, we still have the skunk. Any takers?

I contacted
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
via telephone after several nights of not sleeping because I was hearing creaking noises in the attic, and an occasional scratching noise. She was quite helpful via telephone, yet they were very busy and could not get to me for a day or two. I would definitely call them again, but as it turned out, I got another local animal control company to come the next morning, and it turned out to be only a couple of mice, after a thorough investigation of the attic, roof, and crawl. Problem has been resolved with a few days of Decon. (Spot on ceiling was not animal urine as I had feared, but my son had thrown a sticky item up there and peeled it off, leaving a

and didn't mention it! Creaking is because my house is meat-locker cool and it is miserably hot outside, I think).
So happy it wasn't a worse problem! I would definitely call this company again if I did have a major issue and hope I never do.

I was really worried, as I had been hearing cracking every night in the attic and occasional scratching. I saw a darkish spot on the ceiling and thought I had raccoons. This seemed perplexing as I have a new roof, decking, siding, and chimney cap, but I called a few companies to inquire. Mr.
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
was able to come the next morning, as it turned out, and I engaged his services.
Upon arrival, he went all around the house with me and all over the roof, and saw no entry points (I had not seen any either), though he did note that the chimney cap was the wrong size and I needed a smaller one. We checked out the crawl entry, which happened to be barred from the outside, upon raising the lid. Lid had been disturbed and I was worried, but it turns out my husband did that while dealing with another issue. Since the crawl was barred from the outside, obviously, no animal was entering it and then barring the entrance behind him.
Mr.

bravely entered the attic since there were no other points of entry anywhere. He found absolutely nothing! No odor and no evidence of any large animals! There was a slight area where a mouse might have made a den, but no evidence of raccoons as I had feared. I almost hugged him, as I had not slept for several nights!
He instructed us to purchase and Decon in the attic and crawl space and we have heard nothing since, but an occasional creak, which I now think is because my house is very cold while it is really hot outside.
Very happy! I sure wasn't going in there to check! I would definitely call Mr.

again, though I hope I never need to do so!

First of all, I spoke with
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
both times when I called the company. She could not have been more helpful and was genuinely interested in assisting me. I had to call her twice in order to work around my schedule and she was so understanding both times. Just a real pleasure to deal with! And then the technician (
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
) showed up and I was totally blown away by his professionalism. He did not find any signs of rodents but while he was in my attic, he took several pictures of the roof leaks he saw! I never would have known this was occurring had he not taken these picture to show me. And then he emailed them to me as well. On top of that, he

a graph of my home and marked these leak areas with x's and circles. In my opinion, this was going way above and beyond. His inspection was free to boot.
I already have a regular pest control company that I have prepaid for the year, but when it is time to make a change, I will definitely be calling
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
just because of the way they run their business. This is a rarity these days! No one asked me to write this review, but I like to give credit where it is due.

was friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. He was punctual, showing up right on time in spite of inclement weather. He removed both large wasp nests from the hinge area of both doors and then checked under the hood finding 5 or 6 additional small nests, which he quickly took care of. I will definitely call him again whenever I have

I will recommend
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
to any of my friends or family that have a problem with critters getting in their attic. I previously paid a handyman service to seal my soffit where a cat got in and while it looked correct something was still getting in/out.
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
came out and repaired it correctly and identified three other areas where animals were accessing my attic, and sealed them up. He was very professional and looked all over the attic for said animals before leaving. Unfortunately there was a feral cat in there hiding in the insulation ( which there was no way for him to know ) ... Once I realized this he returned right away with a live cat trap and I'm confident we will get the little guy out!
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
's prices are extremely reasonable, and he doesn't just want to
Centerville Animal Removal Services Provider Name Locked
poison up there like some of the pest services which would have something dead and rotting for weeks in your attic.

We noticed a lot of droppings directly under a gable vent of our home. When we went into the attic, we didn't see anything but we could hear something within the walls. We had hired

before because of a squirrel problem so we knew immediately ACWS was the right choice.

came out right away and found we had roughly three dozen bats living on both sides of our home. The first day, ACWS sealed up all entrances and made escape chutes for the bats. It took several days for them to fly away and as of today, we are bat free!!!!!
