B
"They are pretty good. The service is good all over the country. They have the best coverage of all the networks so I like that part of it. The company is okay. Since" we are just the two of us, we don't have many issues with data overload. We had a big family plan for a while and it could get expensive from time to time, but overall, they are pretty good. I wouldn't change. The inducements for phones and extra minutes and all that are offset by the fact that coverage s*cks with the smaller carriers. I would rather be connected at some speed and not connected at, quote, high speed, you know what I mean?

"I bought an iPhone and when I activated the service it was very poor where I live which kind of defeats the purpose of me having the phone. When I contacted them" they would not unlock the phone, so I could go with another carrier. I went up the chain with their customer service to the executive service proposing to pay the $100 difference between the subsidized price I paid and the retail price and they still would not do it. I would forever not use Sprint and if anyone asks I will tell them do not use their service.

We got very poor service where we live. They just don't have a lot of towers in the area. We had to go in and give them back there equipment after a couple of days and go back with Verizon. I don't want to say anything bad about them. I would give them a B, not an A the way some things were handled.

I would give them a B because it is hard to get help. I feel like there ignoring me a little bit. Maybe it is because they are so big. Very rarely do I drop a call. I think the customer service needs improvement.

They lied to me. They were trying to sell me a new equipment. They told me something was broken and it wasn't. I went to another store, they rebooted it and it worked out fine. I was not happy with the store. They were okay. It was fine.

There are some real technical issues and right now, I would give them a B. They said my grandson called and added 10GB of data to his phone last night at 8:37. He was at work last night. They said he knew the code which he doesn't. I've got real issues here. My grandson would never do anything like that without asking first. I'm extremely ...More upset with right now. Normally, their quality is a B but this is an issue that has really got me wondering about the company.

I don't particularly like them. They are fine and do what they are supposed to do, but I think they charge an outrageous amount of money. They charge $15 for each set-top box and $20 for the DVR every month. I think that is kind of outrageous. We have a bundle with our cell phones, internet, house phone and television and it is about $300 monthly.

They are very devious, deceptive and they keep changing things. On top of it, your rates will go up. I don't think there is anything such as an A rated cell phone company or cable company -- at least not in the United States. My plan runs around $210 for a family of four. My giving them a B overall mostly has to do with their changing rates without ...More letting me know other deals that could save me money. It is difficult to change to anybody else because of the change fees.

They do a good job. If you got to have a cellphone, you might as well use them. I use because their coverage seems to be good right across the country. I haven't had a problem with them. Just like all the cellphone providers, they charge too much. It's worth the little bit of extra cost.

Our experience with them was not very good. I have a bill here for $137 and I'm not going to pay it. I was with them for about 15 years. I liked their service, but the prices they were charging me went up. I lost my phone and they were going replace it and mail it out to me, but I waited and waited. They even called me, but it never did come. They ...More offered me to cancel the $137, but they never did it. I would use them in the future if we got this straightened out.
