Woodworking Reviews in Roswell

It went well. Excellent trim work, including several types of wood trim.
did a fantastic job overall. He always cleaned up the messy residue each day as he left...the job took 2 1/2 days.
is a perfectionist and that is what we wanted and got. Kudos to
Tool Box. This was our third project this year with
Tool Box and I say to whomever reads this review they can be
with performing the job par none. On each of the three projects we had different tradesmen and they were all excellent.

The new windows look like they were always there. They match the rest of the house and look beautiful. I am very pleased and my wife is thrilled. I would recommend
and his crew. I like that he is a bit of a perfectionist... but that is what you want when they are working on your home..

Woodworking reviews in Roswell

This was a very mixed experience. Our sales guy was very informed and responsive during the sales process. Once the contract was signed, he turned things over to the project manager. The timing was WAY longer than we expected. By the date we were thinking we'd be starting the installation they called to say they had just ordered the windows. So we signed a contract in mid March and the work wasn't done until late May. I guess that's not unusual for construction projects though.
Our project manager was on top of things - very, very responsive and helpful. The crew that installed the windows was awful. They didn't hang plastic to seal off the room before they began cutting holes in the exterior walls of our house so we had drywall and sawdust EVERYWHERE. When my husband complained, they hung a sheet of plastic across from one wall to another about 8 inches below the ceiling. Really? It was awful.
They installed the two windows (flanking the fireplace) unevenly. The window on the right was about 3 inches higher than the the left window. Again, we had to complain to the project manager (who agreed and took action on it right away) so the came back the next day and reinstalled it correctly by cutting a larger hole in the house and moving it up and then patching the lower part with wood. They had to go out and buy a strip of siding that doesn't really match the other siding on the house but fortunately it's not very conspicuous.
When the project was almost finished, they realized that the chair rail molding we have in our room is no longer available. For a few days, we were faced with using a different molding (that wouldn't match the other walls in the room) or ripping all of our chair rail down and having to patch/paint/reinstall (and pay for it). To his credit, once again the project manager came through, scouring all over until he found matching chair rail. But wouldn't that be something you'd want to confirm before you pull off the existing chair rail?
I'm really happy with the end result, and I think the price was very fair. I just think the process was much more difficult than it should have been. My guess is that these guys are probably good with siding and replacing existing windows, but our project was outside their comfort zone.

This was our second time using
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
. The first time was a great experience and the second was even better. As with our previous experience with
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
it was all about trust and commitment to the job. And again, they came through with flying colors. With so many people in and our of home, trust was a big issue with us. What a relief it was to be able to leave my house to run errands or whatever I needed to do and not have to worry. We had a few hiccups along the way, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. It was a long 3 weeks, but well worth it.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
(the owner) understood my vision, and was able to execute it. My home is beautiful inside and out.

I want to thank everyone at
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
for all their hard work. It was a pleasure getting to know all of you. I wish you all the best in your future remodelings. I know with all your integrity and commitment to your work that you have a very busy future ahead of you.

did a great job on our kitchen. It turned out exactly how I had it pictured in my mind. The job was done quickly and on time...the only hang up was waiting for tile that I wanted and knew would take longer to get in. We had some very minor issues after the project and each time they were handled either the same day or the day after I called with no problem.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
was awesome helping me with design questions and was very sweet and patient and concerned as I was also planning a wedding and dealing with sudden health issues with my father in the middle of our remodel. We will absolutely use them again and I'm hoping to start on the master bath in the summer and can't wait!

He had two solutions to the plumbing problem. Since the first one worked, we will save the second for the future. He had trouble with the automatic door, but he was determined to stick with it until he found a solution to the problem, and he did. Within a couple of hours, he had solved all my problems. He is EXACTLY the kind of handyman you want when you have a lot of nagging problems.

My initial call was handled well by a live person. I did not have to wait long for an appointment and the serviceman was excellent. He was on time and worked quickly to complete all four jobs in under two hours. I assumed that he would need to reschedule the mailbox installation as there was a light rain earlier on the morning of the service. When I saw that he had done that job and learned that he had not used a concrete base (I hadn't asked him to and there had been none for the mailbox he removed), I asked him to redo it using concrete. No discussion, no disagreement, no grumbling. He mixed the concrete and did it and still finished everything in under two hours. This exceeded my expectations and I will plan to use them again when I have similar jobs.

and his helper started the work on the promised day/date. They spent a great deal of time and attention, which was crucial for the quality of the painting job (most of the walls and the ceilings in the house had not been repainted since the house was built). It took them a lot of effort and patience to remove the wallpaper and fix subsequent problems.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
was always responsive to our requests for some small additional jobs and touch ups. He and his helper take pride and care about the quality of their work. The only negative is that it took them about four weeks to complete this job instead the promised two weeks. At the end of the work there were still some uncompleted small touch ups that we had requested previously. At that moment we felt that this was insignificant compared to the time and effort
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
spent painting our house, which looks beautiful now. So, in conclusion we highly recommend
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
for similar jobs.

I contacted
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
to get an estimate for painting the exterior of my house. I had requested quotes from 4 contractors. I knew from one quote that I had maybe 10 pieces of siding that needed replacement.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
informed me that the siding had been a part of a class action suit. When I researched this I learned that my siding was part of this class action so I knew that it all needed to be replaced.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
's quote was very reasonable to replace all the siding on two dormers, which were second floor bedrooms.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
showed me the damaged siding and kept me advised of the progress.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
is intelligent and very personable. It was a pleasure to have such a conscientious contractor.
- Sandy B.

In submitting the estimate
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
told me that my siding on the dormers was damaged and some needed to replaced before painting it. I had him replace all of the siding before the painting was begun. I will submit a separate report with the costs for that job.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
worked with one other person to paint the house. They were wonderful. Very courteous and thoughtful. Excellent clean up. Very detailed painting with almost no paint where it should not be. I was extremely pleased. I was especially appreciative of the replacement of rotten wood and showing me the damage that needed to be repaired.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
recommended that I contact my termite contractor because of evidence that he found. This was a good decision which I did immediately to learn that it was carpenter ants that would not like PVC.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
recommended that I call the awning company about cleaning the awning before he put it back up. That was another good decision and we were all amazed how well the awning cleaned.
Roswell Carpenters Provider Name Locked
was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use him again.
