I have been in the house building business since I was 15 ( now 40 years old ) with my fathers custom home building company in Victoria, B.C. Excluded Services: ~ Wall paper?! In past experiences , it is more cost effective to skim coat the wallpaper with drywalll, than try and remove it then repair all the damaged areas.
