"Experienced, loving, and caring. The price was right, and my dog got to even stay in a family's home. They treated my dog like their own – even though" she had 5 accidents and they weren’t angry, but were prepared. They also walked her 6-7 times a day, and even let my dog sleep in their bedroom. They were very good people.

"I've been using them for three years. They're the closest one to where I live. They're close by which I like in case anything happens. They boarded" there. They'll do other services including shots and vaccinations. It's easy as possible. I like them for their doctor and all that stuff. I think the front office is a little rundown and funky looking. Their prices are not the best. They're good. They respond pretty well. They're not open on Sundays. I've never had a problem getting my dog.

Boarding reviews in Rome

They were advertising 50% off .They gave me one rate, and then continued to upgrade me for "small extras" and the price was just astronomical at the end and at no time did the price ended up being 50% off. They were just really very dishonest and untrustworthy. Poor customer service as well! The first person I spoke to was pleasant but at the end I spoke to the Owner and she was very short with me when I questioned the price and wasn't willing to discuss anything with me or try to make it right. I felt they were just false advertising and were not honest. They cared for our dogs well but charged me a boatload for miscellaneous things. At one time she even said they were there 8 days and at the end they said they were there for 9 days, which added $30 per dog. BEWARE OF BRINGING YOUR DOGS HERE!

We have never boarded our dogs before. We just moved into the area and didn't have someone to watch our dogs for a weekend trip, so we visited
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
to look around. They were very kind, answered all of our questions and showed us every aspect of what our dogs stay would be like. They then had our dogs over for "Doggie Day Camp" for free so they could get used to being there before we left them. They let us drop the dogs off right when then opened on a Saturday morning and we didn't pick them back up until Wednesday afternoon. A few weeks after we got back, we got a card in the mail with pictures they had taken of the dogs while they were there. It was a cute surprise. We would HIGHLY recommend them and won't use anyone else from now on!

My dog LOVES to go to
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
. He comes home exhausted and happy. It's a great way for him to socialize with other dogs and get exercise as well. With two full-time jobs and a small child, having

to entertain our dog is a huge help, especially in the winter.
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
really loves dogs, and seems to appreciate the special qualities about each of them.

It went very well. The staff is experienced and dedicated to taking care of boarding cats. The place has lots of windows for cats to look through. We booked a very large crate called condo that goes up to the ceiling for about $23 per night.

Our dog is very fearful, and anxious. She is a

/lab mix rescue.
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
was recommended by her trainer as a option for boarding. From her first stay of "day care" to this last 2 week visit (4 total) she has been taken care of in the best way possible because when we pick her up, she is a very happy camper and no worse for the wear. No hoarse voice from barking too much, no hair loss from over anxiety, no weight loss, just a wagging tail happy to see us. They have given her anxiety meds with her favorite treat, they talk gently to her and are very patient with her when they take her back to the kennel, along with her toys and blankets. She is a handful to tell the truth. We have had baths there, solo playtimes, and called everyday which never seemed to be a problem for them. We also had at least 3 surprise tours of the facility before we decided to leave her there. Each time, all the dogs seemed to be in clean kennels, and had food and plenty of water. Also, they have air conditioned kennels which is important for house dogs not used to hot humid summer environments. For our money, even though they are far away from our home (North

When we first called, they were very professional and informative on the phone and were able to provide us with 4 night stay for our dogs during a busy spring break week when our usual kennel was booked. When we checked our dogs in the night before, it was extremely hectic at the check-in desk and I was concerned that they took down all the details for the care of our dogs. They did allow me to go look at the area where they would be staying and it was very small, even with the attached run. Not much room to move. I paid for them to get 3, 20 minute supervised playtimes per day and also paid for baths. When we picked them up, again they seemed disorganized and when I asked to go over my bill, they charge $1.95 for any time they administer meds which seems excessive and they onl had the playtime charge for me one dog. They said that it wasn't indicated that the other dog was to get playtime. Another gentleman behind the counter said that that were staying in the same kennel so that he is sure they both got out and that I was just getting a break for not being charged for the other dog's playtime. They have no way to prove that they have playtime and I'm not sure that they actually got it. Also - they didn't give any feedback on how the dogs did on their first trip to this place and is seems like there are so many employees around that they have no way to document this. They id seem generally happy and were groomed well after their bath ($25 each). Overall, for $300 for a Thursday night Monday morning stay, I expect more. I won't go back as the rooms are too small for any reasonable activity, they seem too big and disorganized and not worth the money.

I had no problems with the grooming job. I had used them years ago to board my dog but when I took my current dog to be groomed, when I walked in the smell was horrible. The place was cluttered and dirty. I had concerns about leaving my dog there but I was up against time. I would not use them again.

This cat boarding provider is fantastic! I can't adequately put into words what an extraordinarily kind, intelligent, helpful person
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
is. I've looked at other cat boarding facilities and none comes close to what
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
provides. We weren't sure how long we were going to need to board our two cats (and it turned out to be a LOT longer than we'd intended), but
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
worked with us and made it a less stressful experience for all of us, cats and humans.
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
pays close attention to the cats in her care, noticing if things aren't right and providing "shuttle service" to the vet if necessary. She also has a great deal of knowledge and
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
about cats and animals in general (and great knowledge about wild animals and birds).
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
is in a beautiful location, where your cats can watch all kinds of wildlife -- and
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
attracts lots! Also,
Rome Animal Boarders Provider Name Locked
spent time grooming our cats and talking to them and --if you're worried your cats won't adjust to boarding--our cats actually became more well adjusted from the time they spent with her and now they're more social and easier to groom.
