Called for svc call saying refrigerator was not cooling.
came out , nice demeanor and seemed very knowledgeable, he opened up freezer checked coils and defrost. He couldn’t find anything wrong with the refrigerator, he did find a screw holding freezer door had been stripped and not holding a tight door seal. For $70.00 he could drill old screw out and input new screw. This plus the $55.00 svc call totaled $125.00, this was acceptable if it could fix the problem. Thirty minutes later screw was
still there, he said he didn’t have the proper tools to complete the drilling and he would be back tomorrow.

The next day, 2nd trip he suggested checking the condenser coil, which had not been done the previous day. The coils were covered in pet hair and needed to be cleaned. He didn’t have a brush or a vacuum. So while he started drilling the screw out,
I got a toothbrush and shop vac and cleaned the coils myself. Thirty minutes later we were both done. It wasn’t until he had
left that I noticed the screw he put in never tightened. It was in place but I could turn it continuously by hand. I called the
company and asked for them to come out a third time but requested someone who would have the proper tools or correct
size screw.
came out, put in a larger screw and door hung fine. Maybe because it was the end of the day and 100 degrees
outside, or maybe because it was their 3rd trip to my home . But the second rep was gruff, intimidatingly gruff. Physically rocking refrigerator while inputting screw, stating he wanted to make sure it wouldn’t come out, he also added I had been
under charged and instead of $70.00, I should have been charged $170.00 (It was for one screw, $170.00 seems a bit steep
for one screw). Both reps were knowledgeable, and educated me about cleaning the coils with pets in the house. And even though the first rep didn’t’ have the tools for this job, I would request him and use this company again.

When the technician arrived on Wednesday, he quickly diagnosed the problem, and (fortunately!!) had a replacement part in his truck. He installed the replacement part (which cost $48) quickly and tested the machine to verify that it was now working, which it was. YAY! I can keep using my older washer.

The technician,

, needed my model and serial number and delayed ordering the part until he had it. Unfortunately he didn't bother telling me he needed it (and why he wouldn't get it when he was working to diagnose the problem is beyond me). I only learned this after going a month without hearing anything and called to check in. I got him the information then waited again. And waited. I called countless times for an update but almost always got voice mail. When I did get to talk with

or someone in the office it was always some excuse about the part taking several weeks to order and get in hand. I finally gave up waiting. I hired another company which came, diagnosed the problem and FIXED it before this company ever called back to schedule service. They were unprofessional, dishonest and rude. I kept waiting for them to do the right thing for so long because I was out the money for the "diagnosis" -- which turned out to be the wrong thing by the way -- but decided to eat the money and move on.

This is a very professional company with top notch employees. I will certainly call them again with any of my plumbing needs. On time, courteous, willing to do anything and everything.

These guys are VERY nice and prompt. We had contacted Lowes for issues with our refrigerator not staying cold. Lowe's dispatched these fellows and by the time they arrived, the issue resolved. They gave us their card and said to give them a call directly first if it happens again. Well, we had to call them again and rest assured the problem was diagnosed as a faulty control board. We did need to make another call to Lowes for them to dispatch a service with parts and when the item came in, they guys called, came that very day and got my frig running like a champ! They were there when they said they would be.......that's great!

My washing machine was making a terrible noise and not spin-drying properly. This merchant was available to come out within just a couple of hours of my phone call and their service fee of $65 was cheaper than
Pine Mountain Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
was going to charge me with a five day wait period. Unfortunately the problem was the transmission which he advised was not economical to fix (like more than a day's labor and over $1000). He did, however, recommend me to a couple of outlet stores where I may be able to get a similar replacement (washer is 7 years old and no longer manufactured but I need it to match the dryer because they're stacked). I would call again if ever in need.

My refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. I called the company and a technician arrived at my home the same day. The technician diagnosed the problem (clogged freezer water line) and fixed it immediately. He cleaned up; even wiped down the inside of my freezer before replacing the shelves and food!
The technician then tackled the gas range problem. Sometimes the oven went on and sometimes it didn't. That particular day, of course, the oven was working. But again, even with the oven working, he diagnosed the problem almost immediately. The oven has been working perfectly ever since.

is amazing! After a shoddy repair by another so-called technician, we were so relieved by

visit. He took the time to chat about what was going and fix it correctly. He also charged us less than I expected.

Pine Mountain Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
came to our house 2X. He attempted to fix our refrigerator, went to the parts store, and got us the part he thought was needed. When the part didn't work he only charged us for one service call even though he came to our house 2X and took another trip to get the part.
He was punctual, polite, and probably "overly" generous to us in what he charged.
