Had a meeting to discuss options, made selections, received a bid, processed
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
application and completed work
- E G F.

When I put a request for a bid on my project
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was the first to respond. We set a meet time and he was 10 minutes early! Went over what I wanted to have done. He took measurements and said he would get back to me that day with a bid via email. At 11:30 pm I received his email (lol, good to his word) with a complete break-down of costs.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was so personable, prompt, courteous, and the fact that his bid came in right around what I was expecting I didn't see any reason to look any further.
We set a start date and the whole thing was completed in 2 weeks! Even in the middle of the project when I wanted to change some things
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was willing to work with me! His crew cleaned up every night and were very professional. When it was all done it was beautiful! And then of course there was an issue! After everything was complete and they were gone I turned the sprinkler system back on and there it was! Water bubbling up from one corner! We had previously capped these off. They had hit one of the irrigation lines during the patio install.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was there within the hour with his crew! Fixed it! Checked it, made sure it was all good! I had been waiting 3 years to get this done and couldn't be happier!

Landscaping first promised the lawn would be completed by April 5-- It was important to us that it be completed by Kentucky Derby weekend. They ran weeks late-- FINALLY installed the Monday before derby. Badly. Simply rototilled yard and laid the sod directly over the weeds. Then failed to roll the sod into place. As the workers walked over the "lawn", it sank down with their footsteps, leaving little rolling hills across the yard. Mr.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was not present, the very young man he left in charge seemed genuinely puzzled that I wasn't happy with the sod slapped over weeds. I tried to explain to Mr.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
why I was s unhappy with the job. The discussion quickly deteriorated into him threatening to just take the sod up and leave a muddy mess for the Derby weekend. Because of my naivety in dealing with people like Mr.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
, in the end, I had to pay for the appalling bad job in full. I never could tell if Mr.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
really thought the job they did was a good one or if he was just used to rolling over people. I did learn a lot from the experience-- In the years since, I have never had another issue with a contractor or company. Now, I know to cancel a job if it isn't started in a timely manner and not get trapped with bad work, done, slapdash, at the last minute.

Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was great in getting in touch with us within 24 hours of our order. Within 4 days,
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
arrived to look at the site, and discuss color options. At the time of the consultation, I asked that he also provide quotes for additional work and options.
Within about 4 days we received the renderings via email for the work exactly as specified in the offer without any options. We responded to move forward with the patio on the same day. After a number of back and forths via email about when the work would be done and the company not showing up and not providing status, we contacted
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
directly via phone and he conveyed that due to weather they were backed up again. When we referred to his email message that the work would be done by XX date,
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
called into question our integrity and said that he'd been in the business for a long time and wouldn't make such commitments. During the 2 weeks after this discussion, the site was excavated and patio installed. The firepit itself was not installed until 5 months later. We never heard from
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
Retreats to close the project or ask how we like the work. If they had contacted us, we would have paid to have them do a little more work on the firepit.
The patio itself is nicely done.
- Timeliness of communication and follow up.
- After the paver portion was done, the dirt that had been excavated was simply raked back over. There were large rocks and stones resulting in manual labor to clean up the yard.
- Also, I really would have liked for
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
to have provided the extra design ideas and quotes that I was looking for. We wanted to build a relationship with a company that could do additional work for us and be creative in our landscaping. What we got was exactly what we paid for - no bells and whistles.

After coming over and giving an estimate at the beginning of June, we were told the project was slated to start "at the beginning of
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
". We received word that - due to weather - work would not begin until "the first week of August". The actual start date was the second week of August.
On Monday, August 11th, tearout began of the old patio. The crew was punctual and worked hard all day. That evening we received torrential rains (2-3" overnight). The crew was onsite Tuesday, August 12th, and began work.
Although we told the crew foreman that we'd prefer if they placed sheets of plywood down as to not destroy our yard and driveway, the crew continued to work unabated. This resulted in complete destruction of the turf of our back yard as well as driveway. I've got picture proof of 3' deep ruts caused by the excavator.
We contacted
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
immediately and made him aware of the issue. He replied this would be fixed.
Upon completion of the patio job on Friday, August 15th, the work crew asked where they could get topsoil close. We suggested driving a mile up the road to a supply store, but they scoffed at the price of $28/yard. Rather, they left a crew of 3 sitting at my house and drove 40 minutes away to get a load of unscreened, wet, clay filled topsoil for just $13/yard.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was notified that the soil they returned with was so clay filled the workers couldn't break up all of the clumps. We received no reply.
We paid the final bill - which was nearly $500 over estimate.
Fast forward a month: While we're happy with the patio, there is a section of yard about 10'x15' that is so hard and compact grass will not grow. There are balls of clay the size of softballs and it's difficult to even get the mower across them.
We send
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
an email detailing our concerns, advising of the fact that we had made them aware of this originally, and received a reply 2 days later that for "$75" the "cost of materials and gas" they would come and remedy the problem.
After posting screenshots of the email chain on my personal Facebook to voice my concerns, a follow up email from the company stated they'd "fix the problem free of charge" if I were to "remove my negative comments" from my personal Facebook page.
While the work on the patio appears to be done well, I seriously question the integrity of a company that 1) is not responsive to initial consumer concerns, 2) bills over the estimate and claims "they didn't know what they were getting into" even though
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
estimated the job himself, 3) offers to fix a problem of their creation for an additional fee, and 4) tries to blackmail it's customers from leaving sub-par reviews. We will not be using them again.

Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was fantastic. We chose him because he was attentive. As we were picking out the pavers and material we wanted to use, he would drive to our house to walk us through everything including the positives and negatives of each approach. One we settled on everything,
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and team came and did the work perfectly and very quickly. If I had another project, I would absolutely use
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and his team in the future.

Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
and his son did an amazing job installing my new flagstone patio and walkway. They were able to install everything without damaging my grass or surrounding pants and trees. They were a few days past the finish date, but I was perfectly okay with it, since they did a great job. When finished they had my yard looking better and cleaner than when they first started. I would definitely recommend
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
they do amazing work, very professional and fair on their prices.

Impressive. We wanted a brick or paver driveway, walk, and patio.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
underbid the competition, then proceeded to stun us with the quality of his workmanship. They produced exactly what I envisioned from a sketch I did,
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
was solicitous of input at every decision point, and took an artist's pride in the finished job. He even re-did part of the concreted brick driveway when it was off-design, and turned down my offer to pay him for the extra work. A real pro in all respects.
My only reservation is that the work is new, so I can't speak to durability. But based on the effort in the installation, I doubt there will be a problem, or if there is, it will get fixed without questions.

Some of the best quality work we have ever seen. Neighbors also raving about the workmanship. We have done a number of landscape projects. This is the best quality we have seen.

I found
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
on Angie's list and bid against one other outdoor design company. It was a tough choice, and ultimately came down to price. Mr.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
came out promptly to survey the area and discuss design ideas. He came prepared with color and texture catalogs, and did not hurry off until all my questions had been answered. He returned once more to review options with my wife present. At that time, he also took final measurements and painted lines to outline the new dimensions of the gazebo.
We needed to move a sprinkler valve box, so Mr.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
sent his crew out quickly to do the demolition work, removing flagstone and concrete from our gazebo. Our landscaper was then able to relocate the sprinkler
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
with ease.
Once the irrigation work was completed, Mr.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
's workers came back to complete the rest of the demolition work. They prepared all the surfaces, carefully ensuring appropriate slope to promote proper water runoff. Wooden forms were prepared, and we confirmed the shape. Steel rebar was laid to support the new gazebo floor. The patio already had a slab, so they laid a steel mesh, anchoring it to the underlying concrete.
The next morning, they returned to pour the concrete. This happened quickly. They hand-trowled the primary colors into each of the surfaces. A second

of color was hand tossed across the damp concete. This powder adds depth, and also gives a more natural stone appearance. It helps prevent the rubber impressions from adhering to the wet concrete).
Within a few hours, they were stamping the slate and stone textures into the patio and gazebo. This requires using a variety of molds, carefully placed for a seamless texture across the entire floor. They

the forms, sometimes trimming them to fit around obstacles, and then tamp them down into the concrete.
The concrete cured overnight, and within a day or two, they returned to hand paint more colors. This brought the floors to life. Suddenly the patio looked like real slate, and the gazebo really looked like individually cut natural stone.
Rain caused a slight delay, but within a week,
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
's men were back to clean and seal the concrete. The sealer hardens quickly, so by the next morning, the concrete was glistening and waterproof.
There were a few spots that required touch up.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
wasted no time. He came out with his men to make sure that the final punch list was addressed. They drilled holes and replaced all the poles for our swimming-pool safety fence, acid washed a little bit of concrete that was splattered on our deck.
Perry Patio Pavers Provider Name Locked
made sure we were 100% satisfied and that his crew cleaned up.
I was impressed throughout the work period that his men (

We are very happy with the new flooring. I would highly recommend

, and would not hesitate to hire them again.
