Roofing Reviews in Marietta

From the start, I knew I had selected the right company for the job.
answered my initial query within a couple of hours, and we set a date/time to meet for him to survey the work. He arrived on time, had a complete packet of information about his company and the product already prepared....and he walked me through the entire process of what would happen should I engage his company. I had a handful of questions which he answered honestly and thoroughly, and never once did I feel that
was the least bit pushy as are other sales folks I have encountered. The estimate of time and cost came to me promptly the next day which happened to even be on the weekend (!), and even though I had another company in line for an estimate, I decided to go with
because of his professionalism and honesty. Sometimes your gut tells you the right thing to do, and my decision to hire
was absolutely that. His guys arrived early on the appointed day, quickly started working..there was no goofing off at all...they each had a job to do and they did it. And in 10 hours that day, I had myself a beautiful new roof. His guys were polite, attentive, and cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. And I can honestly say that at the end? there were no nails, no old shingles, no garbage, no dust, no damaged plants (and I have many plants that were really in their way!)....nothing was amiss as they cleaned up everything perfectly.
arrived at the end of the day to make sure I was happy, he checked in with the guys, and surveyed their work himself. One of the guys even pointed out that they had thought they had broken one of my flower pots and brought it to
's attention so he could alert me (I had broken it myself actually)...but their honesty really impressed me, and it says a lot about
and his company. I would HIGHLY recommend
to anyone that is looking for a good, honest company operated by a good, honest businessman, who obviously hires competent and trustworthy guys to work for him!

if you want a roofer that stands by its work.
replaced our roof.
Afterwards, at my request,
came out three times to help me investigate an air quality issue that seemed to be related to the roof work. Each time the
personnel were courteous, professional and helpful.
As a result of their assistance I was finally able to
the cause to a failed roof vent joint inside a wall. I say failed instead of broken because the two PVC pipes separated cleanly; and there is nothing to make me believe that
did anything unusual to the roof vent.
I filed a claim with
, which they paid promptly and without argument.
Besides this,
- People from
were courteous and helpful throughout the project. - The sales process went smoothly, even though I amended the scope of work twice. - On the installation day, the crew knew about the contract amendments and installed the roof exactly as planned.

The crew showed up right on time and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up and left my home in great order. I am in property management and use them on many properties. They have done an outstanding job of proposing jobs, performing the work well and time. Castle is my go to provider for roofing and repair work on both residential and commercials properties.

Our home is 16-17 years old, with the original roof. It was beginning to show it's age, so we had
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
come out for an estimate. We decided to completely replace the roof with
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
. We are very happy with the end result, and the overall process. I received a call and visit for the quote the same day I filled out the online inquiry form.
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very accommodating in answering our questions over the next couple of days before we made the decision. With the $600 Angie's List coupon, we were even able to upgrade to the architectural shingles essentially for free (the upgrade was around $600). On the day of the job, the guys showed up early and were ready to go with no issues. It did take 2 days, and we did need to ask them to pick up some debris that was in the neighbor's yard after the first day (since they don't clean up until the job is done), which they did. They did a fairly decent job of cleaning up when the job was done in our yard, but we did find pieces of debris and nails in the grass in the days afterwards. Overall, we were pleased with the final product and working with

Let's be honest. Nobody likes to replace a roof. Unless the roof is is very bad shape (really ugly) it is done not for aesthetic reasons, but for practical ones. It won't really work any "better" than the old one: a roof either leaks (bad) or does not (good). It is an expensive repair. It is very messy, and disruptive. In short: it is one of the worst things about being a homeowner.
I knew when I bought my 13 year old house that the original roof was going to need to be replaced sometime soon. I didn't want it to be 2 years after I bought the house, but when I began to find bits of shingle on the lawn which had blown off the roof after heavy winds I knew that I was going to have to get the roof replaced.
I got three quotes, and ProRoofing was the middle quote, and I thought the best value. They were using the highest quality materials, and the roof did come with the GAF "Golden Pledge" warranty. The estimator was very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done, and how it was going to happen. After I signed the contract the project manager called and we discussed the timetable for the work, a few days before it was to start he came to the property and we did about a one hour walkaround to finalize the details.
The work took two full days, and another half day for the gutter guards. I mention this not to say that they workers were slow: rather to point out that they were very thorough. I was warned by the estimator and the project manager that it was likely that there may be damaged roof decking. Indeed there was: probably 4 or so 4x8 sheets worth. They took the time to remove all of the damaged decking, then cut new decking to fit and install. This takes considerable time. ProRoofing used high quality materials, including GAF TigerPaw underlayment (better than felt), and purpose designed starter shingles and ridge shingles. They took time to replace and paint the flashing on the house. The gutter guards are nearly invisible (I had to be told they were installed) and have worked very well.
Overall I would recommend this firm without reservations. You may be able to find cheaper bids, but I don't think you are going to be as happy in the long run. When I look at my new roof as compared with some others in the neighborhood (since the houses were all build at about the same time, they all need new roofs at the same time) I can tell the difference. mainly in the detail work: the flashing and such. I would point out, though, that that detail work is where problems tend to arise. It's been my experience that most roof leaks and problems start around flashing and vent boots. Money saved up front is probably going to equal big headaches in a year or two.

Great job all around. Very pleased with their responsiveness. Easy to work with and helped us with the insurance process getting our new roof. Definitely would recommend them!

and his staff did an outstanding job! The total installation cost $1,500 less than the lowest competitor's quote and the work was done promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company!

Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and Restoration did a fantastic job with our roof replacement. The process started when
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
stopped by after replacing the roof of a neighbor and informed me that it looked like our roof had hail and wind damage. He asked if he could inspect the roof and take pictures to support any evidence of hail or wind damage. Within seconds of being on the roof,
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
identified an area by the chimney where 5 shingles had been blown off, along with evidence of hail and wind damage. Due the number of shingles missing and with pending rain,
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
volunteered to buy a tarp and put it on the roof to prevent any further damage.
After contacting our insurance company and setting up an inspection, I let
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
know and he was with us every step of the way from the inspection with the adjustor, reviewing the claim submitted by the adjustor, approval from the insurance company, etc. He was patient with us as we struggled to determine what color shingle we wanted for our new roof.
On the day the roof was replaced, the forecast called for rain in the afternoon and the team from
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
arrived promptly and went straight to work. They had the old roof removed and were laying the new felt paper before I knew it. The one thing I would recommend
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
do is inform the team replacing the roof to be cognizent of where they are throwing the old shingles. (stack of shingles landed on our sky light and I thought it was going to bust). Outside of that one hiccup, the team had the roof replaced before the heavy rain rolled in.
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
called that afternoon to check in and see if I was satisfied with the job and I informed him I was very happy with the work performed. I also let
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
know that we had some screens damaged and some tar
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
on the siding in the back of the house.
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his team came by and looked at the damage and were back at our house the next day replacing the damaged screens and cleaning the tar

off the siding.
The level of service we received from
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
made us feel like we were his only client, but in fact he was juggling many more clients and giving each and everyone of them the same level of attention that we received. I would highly recommend

The job went extremely well. I originally signed up for the $179 special Angie's List promotion for
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
. When
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
arrived on-site he determined that the roof was damaged by hail and high winds. I contacted my insurance company and they sent out an adjuster.
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
met with the adjuster and I a few days after his initial visit. After a thorough inspection of the roof the adjuster agreed and files a report. My insurance company agreed with the adjuster. I scheduled the job with
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
and the crew started and completed the work in less than a day and a half. Throughout the entire project everyone from
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
acted in a very courteous and professional manner. Particularly noteworthy was how
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
proactively kept me apprised of the status of the project. I was so impressed with the completed job and ensuing cleanup that I posted a
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
sign in my front yard. That was a first for me. I would highly recommend them to any anyone seeking professional roof work.

) was there when my insurance adjustor came and assisted in pointing out the hail and wind damage on my roof. My insurance provider agreed to provide full replacement for the roof as well as about 2/3rds of my gutters.
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
promised that the work would start and complete in one day, and that all debris would be removed "same day". I can say that
Marietta Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
did exactly what they said. The roofing crew showed up at 7:30AM on the scheduled date. They removed the old shingles, and installed felt and new shingles in one day as promised. I am very pleased with the work done and have referred
