"Owner was quite professional, came in a timely manner, gave me suggestions as to placement of grab bars as well as another location in bathroom where a grab bar" may allow me to get in and out of my bath tub. He quoted me the price for grab bars on the phone and I did not need a free consultation- it would have been time wasted for all when I knew my basic requirements. He brought several different sizes of grab bars to help in the decision-making process

"Excellent service, on time for appointment, efficiently & accurately installed. Met time he estimated to complete the job.

Dear Angie: Where can I get professional advice about making our home accessible for the disabled? We need a ramp with a railing so someone can get from the street to our front door. — Sidney L., Silver Spring, Maryland

the A+ Stairlift Company owner could not have been more gracious, polite, knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time explaining. No pressure when we were making a decision.

I've been using them for almost 3 years. Scheduling is very easy and they will come out the next day or go to the location. I trust them and will continue to go back with them. Everyone is very good and I would recommend them.

The two men who installed our chairlift were professional and did the job in a timely manner. The customer service office was very helpful and the initial salesperson did an excellent job of explaining the installation process and taking the required measurements for the customized track.

Be careful when choosing this company. I installed this chair for my mother in my home. On Friday Nov. 28th the chair stopped working. I called and the answering service told me that they were not in until Monday, this is unacceptable!! In desperation I called the salesperson who always said before purchasing "call me anytime if any problems" He was clearly put out and said that he would call the office in the morning and call me back. No call, not even the courtesy to say he tried but could not help. Needless to say mom spent the entire weekend upstairs, unable to get down my stairs. This is an expensive product. On Monday morning 12/01 I called and the person was rude!! (I was very upset) The serviceman did fix the chair later in the day.

They are unresponsive when contacting them. I asked to speak to the manager and how he came to that dollar amount and has not returned my phone call.

They did sell them there but he told me I would be able to get a better price if I purchased it on Amazon. He told me they could come out and put it together as well as show me how to use it after I had purchased it on Amazon. Needless to say I was very impressed with it. He came out and called when he was on his way as I had requested. He was very nice. He put the chair together and showed me how to use it.

I’m disabled and I needed to purchase some cushions. I spoke to someone there for quite a while and he walked me through their products and what might work for me. I did make the purchase. It went well and I received the product. I ordered 3 cushions and 2 of them did not work. As they were bath/shower related I was unable to return them. The third cushion was for a wheelchair and it lifted me too high. I called the company and they immediately sent me a return authorization so I could ship it back to them.

After I had signed the paperwork I was told I couldn't sign for items because I didn't have power of attorney. They told me I would have to bring friend in. I never brought her In because she went to the hospital. About 6 weeks later she received a bill from

saying it was her copay for bedside commode. She never received one. Contacted them and said it was a mistake. They said it wasn't a mistake and that someone had signed for delivery.
