Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Reviews

"Although we called for a drain cleaning, it turned into a much larger job. Kwesi stayed and did the necessary work. Even when he found more bad pipe sections than he first thought, he stayed true to his quote and saw the job through. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. He was extremely professional and arrived when he said he would. We chose him after reading the other reviews, and we got more than we could have asked for. This is my go to plumber from this day forward.

"Our washing machine began to overflow one day and we did not know why. We called
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
after seeing the good reviews on Angie's List. Arrowhead came out the same day and looked at the situation.

and
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
advised us on how to stop the water for the time being and left after planning to return the next day to fix the problem.
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
came the next day and worked all day to clean out the sewer line. He had to cut out a hole in the garage wall to access the sewer pipe so he could use a powerful router to in it. He had to go up on our roof to access the sewer vent pipe and check it also.

worked diligently. He was professional, courteous and explained what he was doing all along the way. He cleaned up after himself, which we appreciated, as we had mopped and mopped from the overflow previously.
We were very satisfied with the work and trust

"We had called after hours & spoke to
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
who was very nice & professional. He said the office would call to get us on schedule by 8:15 the next AM and to limit our water use in the meantime. By 9:30 next day no call so I had to call them.
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
said he would send a plumber around 4:00 unless we could wait another day, which we couldn't. When
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
first arrived we got the distinct impression he did not want to work. He looked at our bathroom & told my husband to call the county as clog was probably at the street. When my husband said no,
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
then said his machine wouldn't fit into our bathroom. After that he realized my husband wasn't budging & did the work & cleared the clog. We asked for some other minor things to be looked at & for an estimate if he couldn't do the work at that time. He refused to work on the shower diverter, saying those repairs rarely last. Then instructed my husband on how to fix toilets & quoted some crazy amount if he had to do it himself.

"My aunt recommended him, so we tried him out. We were very pleased with him. He was on time and the price was little high, but the amount of the pipe was more than expected. The work was well worth what we paid for."

"I called and left a message on the phone after business hours and they returned my call the following morning. He explained to me that they did not have an appointment until the following day. He gave me a three hour window for an appointment and called before coming out. Two men arrived and one man explained to me an additional service that they offered. It was a type of warranty that you could purchase separately from the price of the job for possible future jobs at a lower cost. It was not a high pressured sales pitch, but I thought I would mention it. It could come in handy for someone with a lot of upcoming plumbing jobs. They have a trip fee for coming out and it is not applied to the job. They do explain this on the phone before coming out to your house, so it is not a surprise. A little pricey for 15 minutes due to the $59 trip fee, but they did a good job. I would call them again for a moderate to large plumbing job but probably not for a minor repair due to the trip fee."

"My experience began very negatively with the first technician refusing to do the work because he couldnt find a close enough parking space. Once this was resolved, the work was done well. My concern was the billing. Once the itemized bill was finally provided (I had to make the request numerous times), I found that they double charged me for the removal of the decking and charged for cement drilling that was not done. After 6 weeks, I was finally able to convince the manager to credit my account for these overages. They state that their flat rates protect the customer in the case that the work is more complicated than expected. Conversely, the customer whose job is simpler than expected overpays! The problem is that I had difficulty finding a plumber who was willing to come in to the city. Though the service was poor, the work was good and for those reasons, if im ever in need of plumbing work, I may be forced to go back to them!"

called to let me know that he could be available sooner than our appointment which was great. I was on my way home so he just waited for me to arrive. He was professional and courteous. I first asked him about our kitchen sink leak saying that we had figured out it was the faucet hose. He confirmed right away and offered to go get the part if possible, and if not, he'd call back with prices on a whole faucet. He was able to find a hose that would work which helped with costs.
Upstairs he told me about our particular shower head and why it may seem like it's leaking but in actuality the shower head just retains water that may drip out occasionally. (When he checked on it, the floor of the shower was dry which was a telltale sign.) I'm sure he could have sold a whole new shower head package to me so I very much appreciated his honesty and willingness to educate me about things instead of just make another buck. Our master bath sinks didn't drain well, so he unstopped them beautifully with his special formula.
When we bought the house a year ago, we had asked the homeowners at the time to replace the water heater. That didn't work out so we knew that was on our to-do list for the near future.
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
said he hadn't seen one so bad in a long time. We needed to bring it up to code with an expansion tank and also make a few other tweaks to the build but he said the total for water heater, labor, and fixes would be $1025. I thought this was a good price from the bit of research I had done already. The water heater wasn't the original reason that I had called

"They had to reschedule due to an emergency. We set time between 12-2 the next day. They called and stated the man would be there at 1130, I told him that was not exceptable . The first guy was very nice, but he did not do the work. My toilet flushing is still not working properly. They said they did an inspection and did not inspect anything. The toilet is still not working. I called back the next day and left a message, and I did not get a return call. I called on Friday and left a message and was told that the manager would call me back. It is now Tuesday and still have not received a phone call. I have to go else where toget the toilet repaired."

"The ladies on the phone were pleasant and professional. The plumber arrived at the appointed time and ran a camera and auger through 75' of sewer drain pipe. He was knowledgeable and proficient and was able to tell me exactly why the house didn't drain.
The photos showed a break in the pipe and a massive ball of tree roofs completely occluding the pipe at the sewer tap.
He gave me an estimate for a replacement which was close to what 3 other companies quoted, but I found a company that did it for 1/4 what the other quotes were.
Would I use them again? Heck yeah!

"My garbage disposal clogged and stopped up my kitchen sink the day before Thanksgiving. I called at 9am and a plumber was at my house before 3pm the same day.
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
was friendly and professional, explained everything up front and told me my options, then performed the work quickly once I gave him the go ahead. He replaced my garbage disposal and left everything nice and clean. He also performed a whole house inspection and made recommendations were he saw potential problems. Their prices seem a smidge on the high side, but quality work is valuable. I will use
Lawrenceville Drain Plumbers Provider Name Locked
again, and I'll ask for

when I do!
