continues to deliver a quality product that generally works well and has really interesting features but this is marred by extremely poor customer service. When everything is working well, I'm thrilled with the product and service, but when something goes wrong, good luck in getting customer service to solve the problem. we've had issues with a particular feature of their X1 service and the technician that came to the house recommended a replacement device to fix the issue. We have been dealing with
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
for a month now to try and get this piece of equipment and despite being told be 7, yes 7, reps that the issue was resolved, the equipment never comes. we've got yet another appointment today to receive the equipment, we'll see what happens.

The installation of digital channel box went flawless.
The digital service coming thru the TV is awful. When you choose a specific channel to view, most of the time a message will appear stating "The channel will appear shortly". I have waited for more than three minutes before a channel will appear.
Once I never did get the channel to come

at all.
Also on several occasions the channels appear to be scrambled. You get no reception at all. This can last up to two or three days.
I believe for the cost of the cable service we should receive better reception. We were forced to switch over to "digital" or we would have no cable service at all from
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
I don't know if the switch over by Charter to Digital still has bugs in the format? If Charter is truly having problems to solve with their new programing. we the customers should be credited until all the problems are worked out. It is very disgusting to try to watch specific programs and the channels we pay for are scrambled, or blocked by the "please wait" message from Charter.
Sinced we were required to get "digital cable" or

our "standard cable" we are being held over a barrel. For $100 per month we should have perfect service.

After two weeks of calls to tech support centers, a
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
was sent to my home on a Saturday. First guy climbed pole, found that connection was loose and did not terminate at my home properly. He tightened wiring and installed outside filter on dsl line. He also said he had replaced the inside dsl connection port. System was working when he left. A few hours later it was out. Two more calls to tech support center were required. On Monday another
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
arrived. Second guy climbed pole, made some adjustment, determined that the new inside dsl connection box was not complete, replaced inside connection, ran tests, and gave me his cell number to call if I had anymore problems. System ran for a few hours, then disconnected. I called 2nd guys cell and left a message. System came back on without me calling tech support. Over the next couple of weeks, the system came on and went off many times.
Calls to tech support did no good. Finally, I demanded to speak to a manager in tech support. After more than an hour of following the mandatory tech support protocol, I was transferred to a "manager". A
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
was dispatched the next day. It was the "2nd guy". He told me that he had tried to get in touch with me, but could not reach me. (I guess linemen can't leave messages on answering machines or call provided cell numbers.) This trip he traced wires down entire street locating several "taps". To solve the problem, he moved my connection to another set of wires. Had someone in the central hub to reroute my service. My system has worked since that time.
I received a follow-up call from a tech support member to ensure I was "happy", not from the manager as scheduled. On 09/13/2014 I received an automated call to assess my satisifaction with my service calls. My ratings were very low; therefore, a follow-up call was scheduled for that evening. No call was received.

We needed to install air conditioning units in a vacation rental during the heat wave in San
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
this summer. We inadvertently told our guests that there was air conditioning in the property when in actuality there was no air conditioning. We were in a serious bind and needed to install portable air conditioning in the property immediately. Our normal handyman was unavailable so
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
went above and beyond and drove to the store, purchased the air conditioning unit, installed it, and then redid the internal wiring so that there would be enough power to support the unit. They have also done electrical work at another property I own. The work was done on time and with high quality. Because of there attention to customer service, speed in resolving problems, quality of work and flexibility in solving problems, I would recommend them without any reservation.

Bought at Costco, got a $200 card. The

like a rug on cost. They do not give you anything written. Service is OK. But the cost is much more than was quoted.

The service was far too intermittent. The customer service was seriously lacking. The major problem is that we finally decided to cancel the service in May. We paid thru June.
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
told me they were going to pick up their equipment. We still have the equipment at our front door, waiting to be picked up. A couple of weeks ago, we got notice from a collection agency that Northland had turned over the cost of equipment to them on our account, thus damaging a perfect credit rating on our part.
Northland needs to pay the charges they turned over, then after we are cleared of this damage to our credit and we receive confirmation from the collection agency that it is no longer on our record, then Northland can come and pick up their equipment. Otherwise, we will be

the company.
I would never recommend Northland for any service.

It took 8 days for them to trouble shoot the install. They sent a new installer every day. Then the last guy said "that's the pit falls of being the first one in a new community". Finally a month later they replaced the wire that the supervisor said they needed to do and corrected the problem, or so they say. Its been now two months and they have been here almost 20 times, cant get channels that are supposed to be standard, the internet is slow and I pay for the fastest one. The system goes down at start of a small storm and takes forever to re=boot. Needless to say the residents are voting them out of the community.

I had to talk with several customer service agents before
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
sent a rep to our house, however they were all friendly and helpful. The service rep who came to our house quickly realized we needed a new router and replaced it. Our service improved immediately and dramatically after that.

It's a monopoly. Since they are the only cable provider, residents have no choice but to pay their prices, which go up every year. We aslo have to rent one of their boxes to control our television. Internet service isn't the best. I constantly have to repair the internet connection on my computer since
Fort Stewart Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
doesn't have enough towers to handle my neighborhood, and I repeatedly get kicked off from online.
