"They came when my husband died at a time that I was ready for him to leave the house. Then went over to see
pick out my urn and memorial" cards, then make my payment very smooth and easy for me. Everything was ready at time I needed it for the funeral. Wonderful people to work with will recommend them.

All aspects of their services were quicker than expected, including providing her ashes after cremation in a timely manner. Very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had.

Very well. Funeral Director

was perfectly empathetic (not morbid or patronizing), knowledgeable, kind, considerate, prompt, and a pleasure to talk with as we signed a lot of legal paperwork and she explained everything to me. Now I believe prearranging our own wishes for the end of our lives is the kindest thing we can ever do for our families. It made an emotionally difficult task as easy as it could possibly be. And no one there tried to sell me a fancier urn or anything my mother hadn't already chosen for herself.
The Neptune Society took care of everything. The current prices for this service and for having one's ashes scattered somewhere seem high to me, but I'm very frugal. Perhaps they're quite reasonable, and it's my attitude (and wallet) that are not.

They started the mortuary work before my family gave permission. They wanted to give my mother a cardboard and cloth casket. I was under the impression that it was a metal casket. When I started to question what they were doing they gave me attitude and became passive aggressive. The behavior of these people was su stressful I had to see my doctor and I file a police report. We are still trying to get the over charges for the funeral settled.

They were very nice, friendly, supportive, accommodating and they had a high quality of customer service. Their pricing is not the cheapest but I found it to be fair. We plan to go back to deal with our own arrangements as well.

It was fine. I wasn't totally satisfied. When I went in there, they didn't have him looking anything like he looked. His coloring was very off and his mouth was shaped oddly. His face was white and his hands were yellow. They put a little bit of makeup on him after I made a comment and then they used lip stick to make his
