China Repair reviews in Conyers

The process was explained to me and I was provided with information regarding the level of difficulty involved in the repairs so as to keep my expectations in check. That said, the results of both repairs far surpassed my expectations.
The Nippon was repaired in a way that even I, knowing where the break and chip had been, could not detect it without very close inspection. The color match was outstanding.
The result of the repair on the plate was much cleaner than I ever expected. Not perfect but, again, if you didn't know it had been broken, you wouldn't notice anything amiss. Everything lined up, was even and the color match was incredible
The amount of time it took to perform the repairs was very reasonable
The work of a true master! I am grateful for the eye to detail and efforts made to go that extra mile! Worth every penny!!!!
Thanks Morty!!

Called to inquire about repairs for dishes and she hung up on me. I called back thinking maybe the line got disconnected. When she answered and I told her what I needed, she told me not to call her any more and hung up on me.

They came in and cleaned out the old liner that had crumbled and put in a custom stainless steel liner. They did an excellent job. Their prices were reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use their services in the future also.

Due to the homeowner's insurance requirement, I had to replace my aging roof or face policy cancelation. Time was of the essence, since I had less then 2 weeks to complete job. I contacted 4 roofing contractors and 2 were responsive after a second call, 1 responded after a third call and the other never responded at all. Chose

This was my first experience with a contractor performing a major improvement on my home and overall it went very well. I would recommend

My experience was absolutely wonderful. My neighbor had recommended

since she is an avid Hummel collector and has had several pieces restored in the past (she showed me the items that had been broken and I could not tell them from brand new). I brought my items in for an estimate. The customer service staff was familiar with Lladro as well as Royal Doulton. They were patient and understanding given that I was fit to be tied having 2 of my favorite collectibles damaged by some clumsy movers. They gave me an estimate of $775.00 for both ($350 for the Lladro and $425 for the Royal Doulton Vase). They told me it would take 6-8 weeks because they would need to make the missing pieces by hand. Fortunately the mover's insurance covered the entire cost. 1 month later I received a call from the company that my pieces were ready for

. When they handed me my 2 pieces, I really could not believe my eyes..... the Lladro was as perfect as the day my husband had given it to me, I was unable to tell where it had been originally damages and the flowers looked perfect....the Royal Doulton was just as amazing given that there were many small pieces missing with intricate hand painted designs that had to be duplicated from my photos of the vase. These people really are some of the most gifted artist and their work is really miraculous. I really appreciate what they did for me and would recommend their services to everyone.

I had them repair the lid to a malachite box that had been broken during a move. The piece is very valuable to me and cherished by me. I use them a lot. I'm an artist and if I have any problems I'll take it to them to fix it for me. The box was in about twelve little pieces. They put it back together. Some of the pieces were even missing, but when I got it back you couldn't tell anything was even done because it had been repaired perfectly. I was amazed. I'd seen them do work in the past, but when it happens to you it's amazing. They've repaired other things such as vases for me in the past. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to. For the value, it's very inexpensive to get something like that repaired.

I took the Lladro to

in May of 2011 to see if there was any

it could be restored. To my amazement they said yes. Not only could they replace the broken heads, they could also make the missing thumb. They estimated the repair cost to be $400.00 and told me it would take approximately 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I received a courtesy phone call with good news: my prized Lladro was ready and the repair came in $25.00 under the estimated charge of $400.00. I could not wait to get over there and see for myself. Sure enough, my Lladro was as good as new... I could not tell that it had ever been damaged in any way whatsoever! I was thrilled. I had originally heard about

in a news story years ago (after the Northridge earthquake) and have used their services many time in the past including repairing a

glass with a chipped rim, removing the yellowed varnish on an old oil painting as well as a

repair of a tea cup with a broken handle. As with all of the previous repairs, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt that the repair charge was fair given the extent of the damage as well as the missing pieces plus it actually came in a bit lower than they had originally estimated which was an unexpected bonus. This was a real positive experience and I would recommend their service to everyone. 5 stars!!!
