After agreeing on a vehicle and a price with my sale representative I was then subjected to their sales manager. This sales manager raised the price on the vehicle and was so abusive that my wife and I left the dealership. When we arrived home the salesman called and said that they would abide by our original sales agreement. We drove back to the dealership only to find that they were not telling the truth. They tried to pressure us into taking the car at the inflated price. This cat and mouse game went on for the next few days. I finally bought the car to stop the stress on my family. I am sorry that I did. I was not thinking clearly. I now have the car for two years and have only put 600 miles on it. Every time I use the car I remember the bad experience and don't want to be in the car. Do yourself a favor never got to
for anything.

We purchased a new

for a net cost of about $1,000 less than the best price we got a nearby Hagerstown

After a bit of research, we went to Hagerstown with a desired price and desired trade value. Hagerstown was willing to meet the price, which had been agreed to by several other
dealers. They bascially matched the price. On the other hand Hagerstown allowed $3,000 less than the expected value of the trade. They used
Blue Book, same as me. The main game they played, which was so blatant, was to ignore several key options on the trade. When that "oversight" was corrected, the KBB trade value was as we expected.
Hagestown then came up with a trade value still $1,000 lesstthan the correct KBB value. Hagerstown's GM told me his offer was "super fair." Perhaps to him but not to
. It is clear to me, Hagerstown attempted to offset the price match with a low number on the trade. What other reason would explain an experienced used car evaluatior missing such essential options such a AWD and Navigation?
One other thing which occurred to me was it was my wife and young daughter who physically visited Hagerstown. Did they treat them differently then they would have treated a male?

My air conditioning wasn't working, blowing warm air after running for about 10 minutes. They diagnosed the problem as a leaking pipe running from the condenser. While replacing the pipe, they broke a screw off going into the condenser. They then proceeded to say they needed to charge me for the condenser, which they did not offer to pay for. So what should have been a ~300 repair ended up being almost $800 because of something they did. After getting the car back, the air conditioner was still not working, having the exact same symptoms.
So I took it back for a re-check. They then proceeded to say that it was a separate problem, some electrical fan, which they said would cost another $300 parts in material, but they would waive the $150 labor. I refused to pay it, wanting to get a second opinion. After going to Firestone, Firestone said it was definitely NOT the electrical system, it was the compressor. They replaced the compressor, and the AC now works good as new.
So in short they mis-diagnosed my AC problem twice, broke one part (which I ended up paying to replace), and wanted to charge me $1100 and the problem would still have not been fixed if I had not gone to another mechanic to get a second opinion. I will never go to these people ever again. I'd rather drive a couple of hours if I absolutely have to go to the dealer.

I waited for over two months to get my title to my truck that I had purchased from

. The vehicles he sells on his lot, are not currently in his name at all. He leaves them in the previous owners names and when someone purchases a vehicle from him, he tells them that he will have it the title for that vehicle purchased the following week and it's never true. I will never purchase a vehicle there ever again and would not advise anyone else to purchase there either. After that being said, I noticed my vehicle was a little low on oil, when I pulled my dipstick. So I purchased a couple of quarts to add in, but when I went to take my oil fill cap off, it wouldn't come off!

were the last ones to change the oil, just before I bought it. I finally got the cap off and there was blue thread-locker in there holding it in place. They pull childish stunts to force business back to them. Come to find out there were over five different things wrong my truck that I had purchased from them and I had to spend more money to get my truck fixed. Bad Business!!!

Because of the horrible experience I had all can say is what ever you don't buy a used car from INTERSTATE. My car is just about paid for and I've spent as much money for repairs as I did for the car.

Even though they had a vehicle just like mine for sale (same miles and same everything) for $16000 I was Quoted only $9500 trade. The day I showed up to make the deal they changed the trade to $9000 - even lower than the original offer said - less than a week later and they wouldn't honor their own offer??? When I objected to the change I was told "take it or leave it" - when I asked why they changed the price I was told "have a good day". Not even worthy of an explanation? don't believe the no pressure commercials its a lie. We didn't buy the vehicle. I went to another new car dealer and got $11000 for my trade.

Made my initial call and within 20 minutes we had a deal. The price quoted to me was less than any dealer that I went to. They took my old car as the trade-in. All of this was done over the phone on a Wednesday evening. Friday morning, at 10:00 am I got a call that they are delivering the car to me and should arrive by 12 noon, which it did. This was a great benefit since I live in New

. My family are hockey players, snow boarders & kayakers. We ordered all the equipment on March 31, 2014. I was told 2-4 weeks. I called in 5 weeks only to be told the equipment was not in. I called repeatedly once a week, only to find out by the parts manager, that my equipment was in fact delivered in April. I have still not been given a date to come and get my equipment. They have thus far refused to allow me to speak to the owner Mr. LEVEO DAWARDIO. RUN AROUND!
