I called to schedule a refrigarator repair and was given a 5 hour window the next day. The service tech never showed up and when I called to check, they said he called in earlier and was not working today. However, no one bothered to call me after I sat home waiting for 5 hours.

Overall the company should not be in business any more. It took three service tries and over two months to get our washing machine fixed. The repairman came the first time and left without testing his repair. He gave us a cell number to call him direct if we should have any problems. We tested the machine with in 5 minutes of him leaving at it still leaked badly. We tried to call his cell but he wouldn’t pick up. Several weeks later they finally sent over another repairman but a part had to be ordered. He said it would be in next week and that he would be back next week to install. Four weeks later and after numerous calls to the office that

to no resolution and the part finally arrived with the repairman. The employees at the main office haven’t rec’d any training on customer care and are very abrupt when challenged. By far the worst customer support I have ever worked with.

Called the evening of Sunday, Sept 14 after seeing a posting on craigslist for a used oven. I left a message assuming no one was doing business on Sunday and had call returned immediately. Once we began discussing models and styles available,

I needed to replace a gas downdraft cooktop.

recommended really the only option (Jenn-Air) and got me all the paperwork and installation specs I needed, and quoted me a few different options if I wanted to go with a telescoping downdraft or install an overhead draft.
Their price was the same one quoted by B&B, but they had the unit installed in the showroom so it was much nicer to be able to see and touch what I was buying.

Our tenants called about the gas oven suddenly not working; this company responded very quickly to our call for assistance in resolving the problem. Based on our description of the appliance and symptoms, they were able to determine that the igniter was not functioning. Within just a couple of days, they were able to obtain the required part and get over to the house to complete the repair. Our tenants were happy--We were happy.

, used deceptive business practices in that he failed to offer extended warranties on my appliances at the time of purchase and he avoided my calls and emails when I tried to purchase warranties. He told me via email that I had up to one year to purchase warranties. After I told him I actually wanted to purchase warranties, months went by with him avoiding my calls and emails. I wrote a complaint to Thermador for their assistance, and he changed his story when they contacted him by saying extended warranties must be purchased within 6 months of the date of purchase. I paid for the appliances in Feb of 2013 because naturally they must be purchased in advance of moving into a newly constructed house. Appliance repair is very expensive and I have been left holding the bag with no recourse. I recommend that anyone interested in purchasing extended warranties purchase them in conjunction with the appliances or he will refuse to sell them to you.

Overall, a very good experience. The salespeople were knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Pricing was fair. Delivery time was delayed a couple of days, but the installation team did an excellent and efficient job. One area for improvement: although knowledgeable about the products themselves, the salesperson did not ask us enough questions at the time of purchase to make sure we had the product we needed. Consequently, we lost some time in getting what we needed. However, we're happy with the results.
