Business Description: We proudly offer a 2.6 pCi/l or lower performance guarantee as well as a price match guarantee. Our certified radon mitigation professionals use diagnostic analysis with quantitative instrumentation to design a mitigation system specifically for the building being mitigated. This optimization of system design provides maximum effectiveness and results. We have an office in Chamblee with four employees. We are NRPP certified in radon measurement and mitigation (NRPP #105062RT, #105063RMT, #105742 and have a certified code inspector on staff, ICC#5189153. We do line item pricing and will provide a written estimate at the time of the inspection. Our estimate is based upon the installation of a system to reduce the levels to below 2.6 pCi/l guaranteed. Radon mitigation contractors in Georgia do not have to be trained, licensed, certified or follow the existing national standards. At Southern Radon Reduction, we believe in exceeding expectations, not just meeting the minimum standards. All of our work meets or exceeds Georgia code requirements for the installation of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Our systems exceed both the EPA (402-R-93-078) and ASTM (E2121) nationally recognized standards for the installation of radon mitigation systems.
