Business Description: In business for over 22 years in Atlanta. We do residential projects, and also cater to the large commercial developers. Residential projects are handled with in house personel, Commercial projects are handled with in house personel and well screened subcontractors. I have been a licensed building contractor for 15 years in Ga and Fl. However my license is no longer of use, but the license of the subs actually doing the work is. We verify compliance on all of our subs. Job prices contingencies are handled on a case by case basis. We are proud of our residential division "Educate the customer" program, and also on our approach to green construction. We hope to be of service to you.
