Business Description: CHOICE is a fully licensed Private Home Care Provider and has set the standards for Home Care in the state of Georgia since 1992. CHOICE connects seniors, the physically challenged, post-operative patients, and their families to a wide variety of non-medical services. CHOICE is designed to promote and maintain quality lifestyles for people who choose independence. The caregivers scheduled in your home are Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aids who have been certified by the state of Georgia and are fully insured. Each will have been subjected to a complete and thorough background check, including personal, employment and criminal. And unlike any other agency, every caregiver undergoes an individual, psychological profiling prior to ever being placed with your family. CHOICE provides the most economical services available on an 'as needed' basis, either short term or long term. CHOICE also provides special programs for those who require regular and structured care, at reduced rates. Simply call CHOICE and ask for the Community Awareness department. A representative will take your call and answer any questions you may have. In-Home Service hours are 24 hours a day; 365 days a year. Our office is open Monday thru Thursday, 8am - 5pm and Fridays 8am to 4pm.
