Air Allergen offers a variety of sampling methods to better understand how mold, allergens, particulate and chemicals are affecting indoor air quality. There are two levels of service. The first is to determine what is found in the inspection. The second level of service includes a remediation plan. Because lab fees vary depending on what samples are taken, the fees are broken into two portions. The first is for the trip, inspection, gathering of the samples, getting to the lab, and preparing a report. The second is the lab fees for the samples taken. Trip/Inspection fees for residential are typically $167 to $187. Commercial trip/inspection fees are typically $250 to $350. Lab fees can vary from $25 to over $500 depending on what is being sampled. Typical samples for mold and other particulate are $49 to $69 per sample. We can usually do an inspection within one to two days, and turnaround time for most air and asbestos samples is 48 hours. Mold cultures to identify mold to the species level take seven to ten days.
