Overall, the services were performed well. The only concerns that we had were the cleanup (which was not done). That is, items were left and were not properly cleaned up on completion. For example, the water hose was used but it was not wound back up onto the reel; the edging was removed and simply left on the grass. These issues spoiled what was a fairly good experience. To be honest, we tried to secure bids from several concrete firms, only to find that they either did not respond or responded too lately.

The provider came out to quote me on finishing off my basement. he was here, took measurements for about two hours. then he said he'd get me a quote, and that's where it all stopped. I never received the quote, I never received a call back after calling 3x (three strike
) and that's it with them. I don't think they are capable to finish off a 1500 sq. ft. basements because of his timid responses to my loaded questions.

We had

had a very competitive price and gave us a good idea about what he intended to do. Aside from an unavoidable delay due to weather, the work was performed on time. The new steps look great and hopefully will for years to come.

Removed existing 1970's brick and concrete backyard and replaced with colored/sand-washed finish concrete, colored pour-in-place coping, natural stone bbq area and fire pit.

listened to our requests and made recommendations along the way. He is a true owner/operator and was at my home every day of construction. We are satisfied with the finished product!

Originally scheduled to be done in early May...we had a late spring and a wet one that continued into June, putting D&M behind.

showed up right on time (7am), ready to do some work. We went over the plan and he started working. I talked him into helping remove a few patio stones so I could give them to a friend, so we stacked about 20 or so to the side.

(the finisher), a new guy and the concrete removal guy all showed up shortly after work began. Removal went smooth. The bobcat guy did his best to keep from tearing holes in the yard, but couldn't avoid leaving deep tracks as he went through the only open place in my privacy fence.

propped up the stairs to my deck to have room for the pour to get just underneath them. Bobcat guy disappeared.
Not even an hour into the work and everyone was sweating. It hit 93 that day & super-high humidity. I went down and got a case of water and 20lbs of ice to make sure everyone was hydrated.
Bobcat guy reappeared with the gravel/base. Forms laid, gravel down, concrete on order. Things were zippin' right along. Before the pour started, they put some plastic along the side of my house, turns out it was so the sealer they apply as a last step didn't get on my siding!
Then came the window-framing. All 3 guys worked to get this done. It looked tedious.

doing all he could to keep the stinging sweat from rolling into his eyes, while trying to do this 'neato' finish work. 'New guy' was cleaning up all the tools and stuff from the yard.
When done, it looked great! All the info I needed of when I could walk on it & sealing it was provided.
Everyone was friendly. Obviously this was a job for the Pro's...not a pseudo-handyman like myself.
I though the price was fair and I received a good value for the money.
If there was a "-" (minus) option in the grading system here, I would add that to the 'A' for the quality. I'm no concrete guy and this is the first outside/fancy thing I ever paid for. It was blast-furnace hot and I could tell the workers were quickly trying to work the concrete before it setup in the scorching sun... But, there is a small area on the curved side, that had a slightly different material used when laying out the form. It consequently left a slightly irregular shape in the curve. No-one else may ever notice might not be visible once I

came to my home to give an estimate on concrete work. Site measurements were taken and we discussed what was to be done. I was told I would receive the quote in a few days. It's now going on 2 weeks later and I have not received anything and my calls have been ignored. If you aren't actually interested in a job for whatever reason, then just say so, don't leave a customer hanging. Very bad form.

did a good job. I bought the Angie's List Deal for a 100 sq foot job. He contacted me immediately but due to some bad weather and my needing a tree removed from my yard, we held off a few weeks before starting the job. He kept in touch with me during this time. He came by first for a consult and looked at my yard. We discussed where I would like it poured and how it should look. Quick measurements determined I would be over the 100 square feet limit, so there was a nominal additional charge for the extra square footage. He came back the following Tuesday and removed( by hand) the old walkway and built the form for the new one. He repeatedly checked with me as he was building it to make sure it was what I wanted. It did take most of the day for this part to be completed. He had a helper for the removal of old sidewalk but does all the other work himself. He came back Thursday afternoon to pour and work the concrete into the form. He did have to wait a few hours for the truck to arrive but once it did, it was just a few hours of work till finished. This was just a very basic, poured concrete walkway, no stain or colorant or design added. He made it much wider and curved it so it would look more pleasing to the eye and not have everyone walk up against my foundation. Transitioned it nicely into my steps and driveway, no more cracks between them like before! I would recommend you know exactly where and what you want before he arrives and maybe

out with a garden hose or paint ( he did not have these items with him and relied on verbal discussion for clarification of work, I believe it would make things easier for him and prevent confusion for everyone concerned) All and all, I am pleased with my new walkway, it is a vast improvement over the old one and the neighbors have already commented as well.

did not show for appointment. He later emailed he lost cell phone over weekend. We rescheduled for next evening. He walked area with us giving suggestions. We asked for larger area then included in deal. Once contract was written with additional sq footage and cost we signed and he scheduled our job. The job was completed by the requested date. We are very happy with new patio area. We would hire him for additional projects.
