Business Description: We are a family owned and operated Medicare-certified home health agency in the Central Florida Area. We service patients living in Orange, Osceola, Brevard and Seminole counties of Florida. We provide in-home medical services including nursing, therapy, aides and social services at the order of primary care physicians. While we specialize in nursing services, especially wound care, cardiac and pulmonary care, rehab services and enteral/urological care, we also provide private duty, in-home services such as nursing and aide services. We focus on a patient-centered, team-oriented style of care, where clinicians of all disciplines and the patients themselves are encouraged to work together to make the patient as independent as possible. Our clinicians make visits Monday thru Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, our normal office hours, but are available on-call after hours, on weekends and holidays at all times. Our company has been Medicare certified since 2004 and operations are overseen by registered nurses with many years of clinical experience across many different healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and in the home health setting. All of our employees are Level 2 background screened at both the state and federal level and undergo continuous education, to ensure our patients are serviced by clinicians with the most up-to-date training and knowledge. We accept patients on Medicare and can work with individuals who wish to self-pay.
