Business Description: What separates Elite Strength & Fitness from other personal strength training studios is our special professional grade of equipment manufactured by MedEx and our method of training. At Elite we use a “slow motion” method of strength training that allows for the safest and most efficient exercise possible. Each piece of equipment is adjusted to fit your body’s size and requirements. Our training sessions last approximately 20 minutes, and we recommend this 2-3 times a week. Each session is a scheduled appointment accompanied by a certified trainer at all times. Elite trainers tailor your workout regimen specifically for your needs and goals. Our training facility is private and distraction free so that your trainer’s attention is always on you. You may be wondering how it is possible to have a good/productive workout in 20 minutes. This is achieved through muscle failure or momentary muscle fatigue. When a muscle is brought to failure its sends a stimuli to the body to produce more muscle. Our clients achieve muscle failure/fatigue by performing a slow-controlled repetition taking approximately 10 seconds on the positive and 10 seconds on the negative while never taking a rest until muscle failure is achieved. Typically, an Elite workout consist of 6 machines targeting specific muscle groups to make sure a total body workout is achieved each time. Clients usually spend 2-3 minutes on each machine until momentary muscle fatigue has occurred. Then they immediately go to the next machine. Elite’s strength training program can result in a stronger “core”, increased lean muscle, toning, joint stability, joint range of motion, cardiovascular efficiency, increased metabolism, bone density increased, more energy and an increased feeling of wellbeing. Strength is the key to live to the fullest no matter your age! After all, what good is life without the strength to live it!
