"They are very protectional in their presentation, on time everyday and very courteous.
I'm very hard to please because I want perfection when I have work done and this company certainly delivered. I've never had any contractor cleanup each and every day before his people left. The repair lasted 4 days (as estimated) and when returning home from work I couldn't tell there was construction even going on except for the obvious. The work on the ceiling was like none other and is fantastic and better than when the house was new to me. The cut's on the trim are perfect, the seams in the drywall disappeared and my door replacement looks great and the opening seals up where prior it didn't. The caulking of the baseboard is perfect and I'm loving my new look.

Let me say, if you don't use this guy you deserve what you end up with. Thanks

"Report from 12/29 - first time we went into the store: We were only there about three minutes, tops. The guy was (a) pretty deaf (we had to repeat most everything we said to him) and (b) amazing rude and argumentative. He seemed unable to understand what we were looking for and clearly hasn't subscribed to the 'customer is always right' approach to dealing with the public. I suggested to my husband that we probably ought to go elsewhere and the salesman slammed the spa cover down and said "Good idea!" Guess we won;t be buying from them.

Report from 1/3/14 - second time we went into the store: Since Hot Springs hot tubs have such a good rep we tried again to check them out. This time we called first to see who was working and it was definitely NOT the guy we encountered the first time, so we braved another visit. We got a tremendous amount of information about the whole line and left understanding the different features, what was included, what was available now and what the wait time for ordering was. We spend about an hour in there and really, really liked one of the spas. Still working on what brand to buy but this one was definitely a contender. I recommend dealing with

came out and made suggestions that were very helpful. They steered us away from spending too much money and suggested some smart inexpensive solutions to meet our budget. Work was done in a timely manner - and I asked for some of it last minute. We have been very impressed. When we moved here, we didn't know who to contact and which contractors did good work.

"Unfortunately we have gotten a little carried away with all the things we wanted to do and it has become a bigger project than we had first planned, and the cost is going to be too great. So we are taking a breath to reconsider what we will and won't do.

"They were very respectful in so many ways, covering the carpet, taping off areas. I didn't notice I had given them a wrong paint color. They came to me to advise me of my error. One paint color we had a hard time matching exactly and the whole room then needed to be painted. The carpenter brought an apprentice. I love when older skilled workers are teaching young people a trade. They did an excellent job.

worked with me to define the project to fit within my budget and within a strict timeframe. The project required multiple workers in different disciplines, plus a referral to an electrician with whom they are associated. The contractor performed all work as promised on time and within budget. I was delighted with the quality of the work and the commitment to my satisfaction. They were flexible in accepting advice I received from my brother, an out of state contractor. However, when they felt I needed further advice from them,

offered it, I followed it and I was absolutely glad I had.

"BEWARE of the man wearing his religion on his wrist! This was a true horror story....Bill
Sarasota Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
came into my home referred by an architect to remodel a guest bedroom and Project Manage for a Kitchen Remodel. The Contract stated that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. He started in May of this year and did not finish this job. While he racked up project management hours on the kitchen he left the contracted guest room to the way side. He never intended to finish the project. He created problems that never existed and poisoned the work environment with the subcontractors pitting them up against each other and me the owner. Magically when I terminated the contract the work environment improved dramatically and the work finally started to be move along to completion. I am almost to the end of my project and now I have to begin the extensive damage repair. A marble stairway was demolished repeatedly bashed by contractors after a complete failure to protect the surface and supervise properly. On numerous occasions, I requested work to be done a certain way and he ignored my wishes and changed the design only to have to be redone at extra expense to me, of course.
One other example, I asked him to find another electrician as I did not feel the one he selected (from his church) was of the caliber to work on a high end home. After a 20 minute conversation the evening before where I explicitly told him no-he brought the guy and his crew into the home the next day. Magically, the electrician ran into a front entry gate causing over $10K in damages. The subcontractor's insurance paid for an estimate but unfortunately I signed off before we found out that the arms had to be replaced because they would not realign with the new gate. I was out another $3K. There is a long list of damages on the house. I will say it has cost me 50% to double the contracted price to redo defective workmanship and repair the damage to my home.
The last straw was when Bill went on unannounced vacation for two weeks while I sat cleaning up drywall mess on the job site so it would not be tracked through my home. (This was his job spelled out in his project management contract) After returning from his vacation-he then had the unmitigated
Sarasota Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to present me a bill for $4500. for a draw for future project management services while I sat with an unfinished bedroom and defective workmanship. This was the last straw and he was escorted out of my home and asked not to return. He will deny all of this but we had it all on a camera system of which everyone knew was there. Do not hire this person...he is not who he pretends to be!

"These guys are fantastic.
Sarasota Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
seems to have a very comprehensive understanding of home repair and called when he said he would, was very quick to get back to me and answered my questions honestly and thoroughly. He only strayed from the estimate by $30.

, the workman that day, was very knowledgable and pleasant. He often asked me to check on his work to make sure I was happy.
Sarasota Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
checked up at the end of the day to make sure everything was good, and was extremely thorough in checking up on the work. They both kept things very clean.
The only reason I rated the price a B instead of an A was because the work is not what I would call cheap, but it's about as low as you'll probably find for work of this quality, which is as good as it gets. And anyway, they were here for seven hours pretty much non-stop and did three separate jobs, so the price was fair. I highly recommend them to anyone- I am comfortable assuming they would do a wonderful job in any category of home repair, and they would do it with a smile.

"We would highly recommend
Sarasota Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. We needed him to "clean up" a "shoddy" remodeling job on a home we recently purchased.
Sarasota Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
's work was meticulous. There is very little he is not skilled at doing as we found out, having thought we would need several sub-contractors.
Sarasota Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was able to do all the necessary work (flooring, plumbing, carpentry, painting). He is extremely professional, prompt, honest, and courteous. We were able to commute back and forth to Texas and leave him to manage the scope of the job with frequent email and text communication.

is great, and we would not hesitate to recommend him !
