Business Description: Centergate Chiropractic is a small and comfortable, patient centered clinic offering an array of chiropractic, massage, and rehabilitation options. We are providers for Medicare, BCBS, Cigna, United Health Care, WebTPA,and Beech Street just to name a few. We work with all insurance providers and we will honestly disclose your insurance benefits and financial responsibility before we begin treating. You just have to present your insurance information and we will do the rest. Each of our patients is unique, and we treat everyone differently, a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. We also space our scheduling so patients, under most circumstances, do not have to wait more than 5 minutes before beginning therapy or treatment. We understand you are busy! We do not like to wait either when we are at our appointments. We strive to operate by the "Golden Rule", do onto others as you would have done to you.
