Arrived on time to home, spoke to homeowner. Very friendly, has dome work for us before, checked out the sprinkler system and found problem. Went right to work, on zone one. Came to homeowner, showed where the problem was located, and begin to check all other zones. He explained all about the problem and was given go ahead to fix. Work was done in a timely manner and homeowner was asked to review with

the job when finished. We have used
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
and his company for all our sprinkler needs. Very excellent work and good people to have on the list for water sprinklers.

(See Above Complaint / Work) I had called
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
because he originally designed and built this landscaping and rock area. Although I did not expect it, as it was not his fault there was a problem, he repaired the area at no charge and it looks great once again! This is typical of
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
; he is a principled, religious, and kind man. If you want inexpensive good work from a trustworthy man, then this is the company to call.

Was delighted when
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
came over last week, on same day I had phoned for help. I have learned that I am seriously allergic to Oleander---awful vertigo and sinus pain. Hope that in a week or so, I'll be done with this misery. The job was performed 72 hours after I had called for help. This is great service.
I will be visiting the
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
in a couple weeks, see what kind of plants they have. Am pretty sure, I will be very satisfied with future business with them.

I had contacted
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
to provide a quote to install a patio for me. We talked over the phone and I had asked if he could stop by and give me a quote on friday (4 days after the call). He said he would have his kids that day and as long as I didn't mind them coming along he could meet me. I had no problem with this. Friday came and he hadn't showed up 25 minutes after our appointment so I called the business line. I got his wife she was surprised he would have scheduled something as he had the kids and was currently at an open house for the school. I understand that things come up but I would have appreciated a phone call to reschedule. This was strike #1, but I figure we all make mistakes and things come up.
So he called me back about 15 minutes later, wasn't very apologetic but said he could be there in a couple hours. So I agreed. He came and spent a good 30-45 minutes talking about what he could do for the patio. He was very good in his suggestions and seemed like a really nice guy. He worked up a quote on the spot. It seems inline with what I was expecting, but I told him I had one other person that was coming to provide a quote. He said no problem and he would write up a quote and e-mail it to me on Monday. Thursday came and I hadn't heard from him or received the quote, so I e-mailed him asking for the quote. I got a quick response back from his wife with a backdated (monday) quote that had nothing on it other than install a patio. This was strike #2. No information on it other that the price and it was for a patio. I responded back asking that the quote include the details like the pavers we selected, the pattern they were to be laid in, and to provide a rough sketch with dimensions. I received the quote back again with the details I had written up in my e-mail just copied and pasted into the quote. Not a line item quote with the proper descriptions of the work to be done. This should have been strike #3, but
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
seems very nice and truely excited about the job and my wife liked him too. So I e-mailed back and said we would like to move forward with the patio and what I needed to do. I assumed that I needed to sign the contract and send them a check for 1/3 the quote as stated in their standard payment terms. I didn't get a response to this e-mail for three working days. So I called
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
and no one answered so I left a message. Again I said I would like to have them install the patio so please let me know where to send the check. It has now been two weeks and I haven't gotten a response to my e-mail or phone call. He just dropped off the face of the earth it seems. This was obviously strike #3.
I am not sure what happened in this process as he seems to have decent reviews online and here on angie's list. He seemed really nice in person. It just seems that his follow up isn't the best and if it was just not a job he wanted to do all he had to do was call me and let me know. But I find it pretty poor business to not even respond to someone who wants to do business with you.
I hope no one else has this problem with
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
, but be aware that this is how he treated one of his potential customers.

If I am the only one complaining (very doubtful); I don't expect things to change. I hope that the Board of Managers and the Property Manger keep a close eye on this vendor and consider another for the next renewal. If service is bad enough, they should cancel the contract and find a more professional outfit.

August, 2013 update: They have been doing a much better job lately. I have no issues over the past month or more and notice some new crew members who do a much better job.

September 2013 update: The higher work quality has now been consistent. They deserve a better rating so I have done so.

I was thrilled with
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
the moment I met him; he was open to my suggestions and worked creatively on the spot to
come up with a beautiful plan. The work started right on time and was done promptly and professionally. This was stage one of several more projects and can't wait to see our home transform little by little. He was able to create beautiful

The most amazing was the comment from my husband (who really was letting me do my thing) “I was coming down the street and had to stop my truck to stop and stare at our home - it looked like a different place! You won't believe how incredible it looks - I can't believe it's our house"

I don't believe an overall comment deals with the problem we had with this company. I would warn people to avoid this company if they are looking for complete satisfaction.

When they were finishing the work on
Port Saint Lucie Landscapers Provider Name Locked
28th we asked if the four trees that lined the driveway should be braced and they said it wasn't necessary because of the size of the roots. We were also told that if anything happened they would take care of it.
On August 20th one of the foxtail trees lining the driveway fell and damaged the fender of our car. We called and the problems was taken care of the next day but they claimed the damage to the car was our responsibility. On the day the tree was replanted we asked again about the other trees needing bracing and they agreed to do it for a fee. They never returned and never responded to our calls.
On August 28th we noticed a second foxtail tree starting to lean and we called for service and they never responded. Since that date we have made numerous calls, stopped at the office and sent a letter in an attempt to get someone to at least look at the tree and address our concerns. As of this date we have had no response.
