They came when they said they would. The tent set up was perfect. The dance floor worked very well. The tables and chairs were just what we ordered. When the party was over, they came and picked up all items as promised.

always responded immediately to inquiries. They showed up on-time to setup, actually even a little early which was fine with me. They cleaned the bounce house out and sanitized it before going over the rules and instructions. It was perfect for our 3 year old and all her friends. The adults had a blast too but couldn't bounce nearly as long as the kiddos. Extremely friendly and customer service oriented. It always refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that put quality, safety, and service first. Will definitely use again in the future for our bounce house rental needs! Thanks guys!

They were nice to deal with. Very prompt. The tables were old and two tables needed to be retired because they were so wobbly. (Cabaret style). We rented the least expense chairs... They were fine, however, everything was filthy like it was sitting in a warehouse for a long time. We spent 90 minutes scrubbing all the tables and chairs. Cobwebs and layers of dirt. I could not have my guests sit on the chairs or rub again the tables because their clothing would be soiled. When I sent an email to ACE about my disappointment their response was that I did rent the least expensive chairs ( brown). Sorry... But least expensive and filthy are not synonymous. It wasn't MY job to clean their rentals. I did receive quotes from them for linen rentals. I went with another provider because they were considerably cheaper than ACE. I would definitely NOT use their service again.

and his wife even wiped down the tables and chairs! All of the equipment was clean and in great shape and our guests commented on how lovely the tent was. Everyone was very comfortable. THEY WERE REALLY EASY TO WORK WITH AND PERFORMED ALL TASKS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY MADE SURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SET UP AND THE DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES AND PICK WERE DONE JUST AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

TENTS: Tents were set up on the Thursday before the Sat. wedding. They were set up in the rain so tents were dirty and covered with grass clippings and we were told, "Well that's what happens when you set up in the rain." My husband spent hours power washing their tents while they stood there watching. The tents were stained so even after power washing they still looked dirty.
My husband also had to help raise the tents as some of the workers were not strong enough.
LIGHTING: Ordered 5-48 foot string lights to go around the perimeter of tent. They were installed incorrectly so they had to get another string of lights (without informing me and at my cost).
TENT WALLS: Owner (who was there for most of the set up) tried to talk me out of putting up the 6 side walls(which would have saved him hours of work). Owner: " You are so lucky, there is 0%

of rain. I don't think we even need to put up walls. You couldn't have asked for better weather."
Me: "Well if it will save me some of the cost I guess we can skip the walls."
Owner: "Oh no! You reserved them so you have to pay for them.
Me: "Then put them up."
DANCE FLOOR: We ordered and paid for an 18X18 foot floor and received an 18X15 foot floor, a difference of 98.00. They never informed me and I believe they hoped I would not notice. It took almost 3 weeks of unreturned phone calls to finally get reimbursed and then they ducted a string of lights from what they owed us, (see above). Dance floor was very old and kept coming apart. I caught my shoe a number of times on metal pieces which kept sticking up. The bride had to kick edges back together several times.
GUTTERS: Without informing me or my husband, owner decided not to install the 2 gutters we paid for. He admitted this to my husband but still has not reimbursed us. Once again he is not returning our phone calls.
TABLES: Very old and splintered. Of course they were covered so they looked fine.
THINGS WE WERE HAPPY WITH: Chairs were clean and nice looking, food service items were fine, linens were clean and pressed.
My biggest complaint with this company was their rudeness and lack of professionalism. They could have resolved all of this by returning our phone calls, apologizing and refunding what was owed us. Instead they chose not to return our phone calls and they still owe us for items we did not receive.

Beginning with my first call to inquire on availability, the staff at

and Tent rental was knowledgeable, courtesy, helpful and professional. I needed a tent, tables and chairs for a backyard birthday party. After finding them via Angies, I researched options on their website. I found the organization and details on the website very helpful (photos, dimensions, table layouts, set up requirements) to prepare my selections. I called to adjust my order twice, and they were very willing to do so as the number expected at the party shifted. The party was on a Saturday, and they require delivery and pick up on weekdays, so we needed to plan our availability but it was good to know everything would be in place in advance of the party. The tent required Broadway to install (not all tent rentals do, but this size did) and the delivery/installation fee seemed reasonable to me ($100, and 30 miles from their warehouse). The Thursday morning prior, they called me to request set up that afternoon instead of Friday, as they had a full schedule and wanted to make sure all their deliveries would be completed - I appreciated that, and knowing I would have everything in place before the event. Two staff members arrived at the time we agreed to, and they had a 20x20 tent installed within 30 minutes. The other items were dropped off, instructions provided for a portable air conditioner I added to the order, and they were finished within 45 minutes. On Monday, I called to find out what time they would be by to pick everything up and the same staff came by (I like the continuity) within the first 10 minutes of the 2 hour window they gave us.



I scored all A's with the exception of price, as the tent did cost a bit more than I would have expected.



All in an extremely positive experience and I would recommend Broadway to anyone who needs party supply rentals. Unrelated, I got the tent to provide shade on a hot
