At Captiva Design we care about our client's Real Estate investments. We work with Buyers, Sellers, Builders, Investors and Existing Home Owners that just want to fix up their homes. Rates are $100.00 per hour. We can assist you with any and all non-structural design and decor. If you are selling your home we can assist you with preparing in the "Right-Way" for top-dollar resale.
