Since then we have relocated and are now in the process of expanding our services via the world wide web. The purpose of Soldiers of Fitness is to provide our community with a resource that will assist them in learning and understanding fitness, nutrition, wellness, and healthy lifestyles. We believe these are the building blocks to a healthy, happy, active, and enjoyable life. We hope to share this with as many people as possible in order to change the tides.
