I used to do the same stuff with personal computers in the 80's and 90's... things have evolved so much that I am really way behind being intelligenty about it all anymore.. but I do know what he did and why and it was really great!!!! "

"I called them and told the problem I was having with my computer. They said it sounder like my Video Card had gone bad and need to be replaced. They told me .. I could bring the computer to them, they could come to my home and fix it or pick it up for minimal price. I had them come get my computer because I had an appointment that afternoon and the ...more next couple of days that I couldn't miss. They asked what would be a convenient time for them to come get it that day. I gave them a time and they arrived when they said they would. Because it was late in the day, the gentleman who picked it up told me it would probably be the next day before they could call and tell me how much it would be to fix my computer. They called the next morning and because I wasn't home they left a message for me to call so we could discuss what needed to be fixed. I didn't return home until after 4PM. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone told me what need to be done and the cost of fixing it and returning it to me .They said that I did needed a new Video Card and they also found that the motor to the front fan wasn't working. I felt the price was good and told them to go ahead and do what they need to do. They told me they would call and tell me when it was fixed and set up a time for the computer to be returned. They called late the next afternoon and told me they were sorry they hadn't call sooner but they had been running tests to make sure that the new card was going to be ok. They had just finished and everything was fine and asked what time the next day would be convenient to return the computer. We set a time for the next afternoon at 1PM. Around 12N, I received a call apologizing for the inconvenience, but the gentleman who was to deliver my computer had ran into a problem with a computer he was working on at someones home and didn't think he would be finished there in time too deliver my computer by 1PM. He asked if it would be ok to deliver it later in the afternoon. I told him that was fine I would be home all day. Around 4PM, I received another call saying the gentleman who was to delivered the computer had just finished fixing the other computer and since he was at least 45 min away from their office (where my computer was), would it be alright if he (the gentleman on the phone) brought it to me on his way home. I told him that was fine. He was at my home at 5:15PM. Hooked up my computer .. had me log on to make sure everything was working fine. It did, I wrote a check .. he apologized for the inconvenience and left. I had my computer back !!!!
I think what impressed me the most was not how professional they were but the fact that they had the CURTISEY' to call me and let me know what was happening. I appreciated that more than anything!!!! "

I would definitely use them again should I have any further problems. It was certainly more convenient for me to have their service performed in-house as opposed to me disconnecting everything and lugging it to a local service and then having to reconnect everything.
