Business Description: Dominion Catering is one of South Florida's oldest catering companies. Founded and run by the same Berglund / Farrow family since 1959.
Dominion Catering is a full service event planning and catering company. We are have the talent to serve most of the ethnic groups in South Florida with very traditional menus or a fusion of the foods that make Miami-Dade,Broward Ft.Lauderdale and Boca Raton a very exciting culinary experience.
Dominion Catering has the best health inspection reports of any caterer in South Florida. Our Staff is highly trained in Food Safety,Courtesy and Etiquette. Uniformed alike they will serve in tuxedo, luau shirts, sports uniforms, poodle skirts or any theme you may have.
Dominion Catering carries Liability, Workers Comp., Liquor Liability and several other types of insurance. We are happy to provide certificate of insurance. (there may be a fee).
We offer photography (free with some events), Bartenders, Chef services, Party Planning Services.
Dominion Catering has "party in a box" for pick-up, Delivery and set-up or full service catering available. We will work in most reasonable budgets.
The Staff at Dominion Catering Speaks seven languages. Including Spanish, English, French, German, Swedish, Romanian, Russian.
