Business Description: I have 18 years experience as a FL Building Contracor prior to being employed by the Manatee County Building Department for just over 20 years as a Building Inspectior, Plans Examiner and Review Manager, retiring in March of 2009. I started this Inspection Business in July 2009, to provide my service and experience to citizens of this area [Manatee & Sarasota Counties, FL]. I hold several related licenses at this time. FL Home Inspector, HI 114; FL Building Code Administrator, BU 1435; FL Building Inspector, BN 500; FL Plans Examiner, PX 237; and FL Building Contractor, CBC 059500. All inspections are performed by me, not a employee. The fees for Home Inspections are baseed on the total square footaqe of the structure, beginning at $275.00 for a home 2000 sq. ft. or less. Wind Mitigation and 4-Point inspections are $100.00 each and if both are performed at the same time, the fee is $150.00. Please contact me for further information.
