In order to even schedule an appointment, I had to jump through hoops and speak to several different people because the company wants all decision makers in the home available for the appointment. My husband works quite a bit and this is near impossible not to mention he really does not care what is done so long as I am happy with it so why the company thought they needed to have this policy and give me such a hard time about making an appointment is beyond me. Once we got the appointment scheduled, a saleslady came out who was very nice and friendly and explained all about the company and its product. However, once she measured the table and showed me the samples and told me the price, this all changed. I told her that $2000 was more than I was looking to spend on this project especially since I had seen numerous other granite companies with flyers for granite for $39/sf (theirs was coming in at approximately $55/sf) and she became very rude and short stating she did not know what I was expecting and their product is better which is why it cost more and then left. I do understand that their product is different than 100% granite but I also understand that there is less waste with their product so I find it hard to swallow such a big price difference and then to add rudeness to the situation only makes things worse.

was a pleasure to work with. Arrived for the quote on time. Then after a delay on my part,
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came through by starting the job in less than a week. Finished the granite in one day and the backsplash the next. The process could not have gone easier and more smoothly. Will recommend

to anyone interested, and will be using them again when we buy our new home.

The project was amazing, both in how smoothly it went and the quality of the work. We had studied the project for two years and had already gotten two other bids when we first talked to
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
. He listened to our ideas and then over a week helped us choose granite and tile in the process pointing out pitfalls and suggesting things from his vast experience. The personal attention was uncommon and very much appreciated.
It was more complex than one might imagine; one day for layout followed by approval, one day for the granite and one day for the tile, with the plumber working two days in the evening.
The workmanship was meticulous. They were punctual and very clean.
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
scheduled the subs so there were no delays waiting for work to be done. The finished project was breath taking,

ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their installers are miserable and the owner DOESN'T CARE. Near the beginning of the process they asked me to give them a favorable review to counter some negative ones they got recently. THEY ARE SHADY!!!! I chose this company after reading several reviews. They must have had some changes between the time I read the reviews and enlisted their services because they were DREADFUL. My initial contact was with
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, who was excellent throughout the process. My wife and I then visited the shop and were treated amazingly by the gentleman showing us the samples. After talking to three or four other companies, this one stood out. I was WRONG.
Someone showed up to measure for a template and my wife was home at the time. She called me with their intentions. I had explained to
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and the installer that there was a large overhang on a bar top I was concerned about since granite is infinitely heavier than the laminate I had. The tech measured and my wife called me and told me his intentions. I expressed concern at where they were putting the seam in the long bar top as it was too close to the long overhang. He said they do it all the time and that seam was perfect (the seam was there to limit the amount of granite slabs per another company).
The installers were set to show up at 0800 so I took off work. I received a call that something was wrong with the counter and they would be late. They said they could call later and arrive late if that worked. They arrived about 6 or 7 that night. I expressed concern during the install about the korbels supporting the countertop and how they didn't seem sturdy enough. You could move the counter top they had installed. I told him I wanted to replace the supports and he said "You can, but they will work". It was clear to ME they wouldn't.
In the next couple of days that bar top got worse and I marked it as unusable so no one would break it. I contacted the company and advised them and put in some more supports until they could come back and check it. Before they could schedule a day to come back the seam split and the counter was extremely unstable. They sent

, the sales rep and office assistant to examine and take pictures. At one point I had to call the installer myself as I was getting mixed information from
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
. I called him to verify a date and he said "I have you scheduled for Friday" but he had not called myself or verified that. I was going to buy some heavy duty brackets online, but
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
had some company near them manufacture some and said they would install them. Friday arrived and I called to verify everything and talked about the installation. When I mentioned cutting the sheet rock to install the brackets on WOOD the whole discussion fell apart. They said they didn't know sheet rock was involved (they surveyed the job and did the initial install) and would get back to me-
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
called and said that they weren't licensed to work with sheet rock and that they could not install the brackets. If I installed the brackets, they could come back and finish the seam.
At this point I was quite frustrated and sent messages to the company to be addressed with the owner. He didn't call back.
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
called and eventually had me talk directly to the installer. I talked to the installer and he said I could install the brackets and he would level. I asked him what sense it made for me to install brackets if the counter wasn't level. He said it could be done either way. I cut away sheet rock to expose the studs and make the
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
installation easy. The next week I contacted the installer and was advised he wouldn't be in my area that week. I informed him this had gone on long enough and I needed it done THAT WEEK.
Friday arrived and three installers showed up (two hours late). They got to work and it was apparent they were not very professional. NO pride in their craft. I handed them the heavy duty brackets/supports. The first one I handed them and they didn't have it level so he decided to use shims between the counter and the
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
. I handed him metal washers or asked if the shims could go underneath the
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
between the
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and the wood studs so the shims wouldn't be visible. He did the first one that way, but not the others, leaving a sloppy appearance. I had another company look at the work and they nearly laughed at the craftsmanship. They left large brackets with crooked shims sticking out. They didn't care.
Throughout this whole process I have complained and the owner has refused to respond. Terrible craftsmanship, terrible customer service. I have pictures if you want to see them. Since their installation I have been installing tile backsplash and discovered the other countertops are also not level. And when I took off the molding under the counter, the whole length of my bar top is supported by those shims and sealant- NO SOLID WOOD. I am paying another company to fix this MESS! I posted pictures.

We were very pleased with everything from start to finish. We wish all transactions and work could go this smoothly. After purchasing our deal we went to
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and Marble to pick out our granite and schedule installation. The office staff were very professional. Somebody came on a Saturday to measure and we were set up a few days later. We had to pay a bit more than the originally deal price of $1499.00 because we had additional square footage. The workers came right on time, took out the old countertops, and installed the new ones. They left no mess and everything was very professional. We love our new countertops. We would use this company again.

Templets for the new counter tops were done about two weeks before they were to be installed.
Removal of the old counter tops and installation of the new ones were done in about two hours including the second sealing of the new granite. There is only one seam and you have to
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for it.
Everyone I worked with in the process were very professional and knew what they were doing and how to do it.
Palm Coast Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
also recommended a very good contractor who did the plumbing and installed the new backsplash.
