Our company is headed by three Executive Chefs. Each Chef has been employed as a Chef Instructor, Department Head or Academic Dean at the Florida Culinary Institute. Our Executive Chefs include: Chef John Carlino Chef August Carreiro Chef Allan Doherty Our catering business has grown dramatically through word of mouth, without the benefit of advertising. This reflects our commitment to providing devoted, highly personalized service as well as distinctive menus that use the finest ingredients available. Please note: Each menu is customized to the client's needs. We do not offer "off-the-rack" menus. And, we don't charge more for the personalized experience... it's just how we do business. It is our desire to build a long-term relationship, based on trust, with each and every one of our clients. We pride ourselves on the ability to be flexible with many types of budgets and to consistently exceed your expectations. Tidbits of info: As individuals, we have been catering in Palm Beach County since 1992. ChefCorp was formed in Oct. 2009. Our business, ChefCorp LLC, is fully licensed through The State of Florida, Palm Beach County and the City of Palm Beach Gardens. We possess a State of Florida Caterer's Alcohol License and are certified to teach ServSafe's National Safe Alcohol Practices to industry professionals. Unlike other caterers who are only inspected by the Health Department, we are inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture AND the Health Department... making our facility one of the the most inspected (and cleanest) facilities in the State. Unlike other caterers... Our kitchen is open to the public. Our actual commissary is located at 3822 Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens. You are welcome to give us a call and come by. We have nothing to hide. We are fully insured up to $2M per event.
