Business Description: I am a local cheese and wine enthusiast with a passion for food and for the everyday celebration of life that happens around the dining table. I am a self taught Chef and the Culinary Creator/ Owner of Tonda’s Kitchen, a “Green” alternative to catering. Tonda’s Kitchen features contemporary American cuisine with an Italian edge, and focuses on small plate tapas. I am committed to using local and organic products when possible while promoting community sustainability by using other homemade accompaniments from local sources. Having worked in the Hospitality Industry for nearly 20 years, my passion for fine wines ultimately led me to an undeniable interest for Artisan cheeses. I have created a series of cheese and wine pairing classes and has been implementing them in various wine shops around town. They have become very successful and a highly anticipated event amongst attendees while peaking the curiosity in many others. In addition, I have a full service event group that I am a part of, featuring all services for a convenient one stop shop. Everything from hair and make-up, to DJ and video production services, florist, event designer, photography and more, I can help to coordinate your special celebration in many ways. I can work within your budget and will do my best to see to it that your event is just as you want it to be.
