Business Description: Affordable Building Solutions LLC has been in business since 1996. To date all of my clients have been a result of referals from either past clients or Real Estate agents that I do work for. I completed a four year apprentiship program in carpentry in 1984 and worked for various general contractors in the central Florida area. While working at a local country club, members would ask me to do repairs on their homes during weekends and days off. The club members would refer me to their friend and family which resulted in my going into business for myself. I am licensed and insured and work mainly by myself. The projects that I do are mainly smaller repair and remodeling jobs; though I have done larger home and commercial renovations by subing portions that I do not do or that require additional man power. I do not charge for giving quotes and do provide a detailed written proposal outlining a description of work to be performed, pricing and payment schedule.
