We are in-network for the following providers: Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna, Medicare, Aetna, Workman's Comp, All Auto Insurance, and LOPs We also offer discounted care plans for the uninsured, and qualify for HSAs. The mission of Jacksonville Sport & Spine is to restore the health, fitness, and quality of life to the members of our community as quickly as possible. Instead of a one-size-fits all practice, we use a comprehensive approach that integrates chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, rehabilitation, A.R.T., and Graston techniques that not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, address the cause.
