Moving team was on time and quick on the dismantle and delivery of table.
Team was thorough on the install and re-felt, including setup/placement recommendations and small touches, like staining the wood surfaces.
I kept waiting for the rest of my furniture to come and emailed or called to Jacksonville office weekly. August 20th I sent an email asking for status on the rest of the shipment. On August 21st,

move into our house because the rest of our bed has been in
this shipment they have. We have been lucky enough to have a family
member willing to let us stay with them since our arrival in WV.

am so sorry it is taking so long for the rest of the items to get
there. I am giving you this information to file a delay claim. Please
option # 2 and please reference your registration number 745319.
Please let me know if you have any questions on that. Let them know you
cannot put your bed back together because the 1st driver left part of it here.
I called the toll free number above on September 3rd. The lady took the information and said she would be a

I still have no answer on why my shipment was broken up into two deliveries and why it took 30 days to get the rest of my furniture. I am not sure who is at fault but feel it is North American Van Lines. I feel I should be given a refund for the second shipment which was about 2000 pounds since no one can give me the answer on why it took so long, where my stuff was.
I also received a call the next day after the first shipment was delivered and asked to complete a survey on the first moving crew. After completing the survey, the rep said I would receive a $200 gift card for Restaurants.com but to this day haven't received it either.
At this point I would not recommend North American Van Lines to anyone to use as movers. We were lucky enough to have family members we could stay with for the month while waiting on the remaining furniture we needed to move into our new house. If we would have had to rent a hotel room or apartment, it would have cost us an additional $600 or more to have a place to live.
Some boxes were heavily damaged as well but thankfully nothing fragile was in them.
September 12, 2013 = I contacted the Customer Service Corp. office for North
American Van Lines and was informed there is nothing they can do as far
as a refund. Only would reimburse us for hotel fees if we had stayed in
a hotel. We stayed with family and paid them money towards food and
utilities. I sent an email to coordinator,
letting her know what North America Van Lines had informed me. I am
beside myself that no one wants to step up to let us know why our
shipment was broke up into two, where and why are second shipment took
31 days to get to us. So I have to update and drop my ratings.
