Business Description: The owner of the company, Tim Ziegler, has been involved with the construction and remodeling industry for over 30 years and is a second-generation builder/ remodeler. The Ziegler family once owned the largest construction company in the US Virgin Islands and employed over 200 people. It was during these early years working in the business, that he developed a passion for the people and the work. This passion has been a guiding force throughout his career, making this not just work but part of his and his families fabric of life. In 1998 Tim, and his wife, Lisa, purchased a national remodeling franchise. While developing this franchise they perfected the proper systems and techniques that make for professionally run projects, creating an end result of superior customer satisfaction. The franchise grew to the largest of its kind in the city, and at that time, performed more than 300 individual projects per year. The huge volume of projects allowed for unique experiences with many different types of project challenges. The company always solved these challenges by using a team approach between the property owner, company manager and our highly skilled trade partners. Following that experience Tim and his wife purchased a national Home Buying Franchise and begun buying and extensively renovating single-family homes and condos on a large scale. These particular types of projects had to be performed quickly and professionally, and demanded an extreme degree of scheduling and logistics. Their homes were sought after by buyers in the community and were known to be professionally renovated and included many designer features not normally found. Over the last 12 years, Mr. Ziegler has been directly involved in over two-thousand residential remodeling projects, ranging from entire whole-house renovations, to kitchen and bath remodeling, plumbing, electrical, roofing, structural repairs, room additions, landscaping, and almost any type of residential repair or renovation imaginable. These experiences, as well as the vast experiences of our team partners, gives Coastal Living Remodelers a much greater understanding of the necessary flow of construction, proper scheduling techniques, client management, technology, product availability and quality standards that are imperative in today’s fast paced housing remodeling industry. All of us here at Coastal Living Remodelers have earned a reputation of being not only professional but trustworthy and credible. You can count on our advice and consultation to be upfront and honest. We look out for our client’s best interests and have found that by doing so; they willingly work together with us, as a team, to bring their dreams to reality.
