"Everything was great. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding what material the awnings should be made of. Without hesitation, the owner of the company, quickly corrected the issue. It was as if nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

"We had problems with them on previous sign work. The actual cost of the signs that we purchased ended up being about three times what the quote was. However, we did try to give them another change. It is unfortunate that they are the only game in town when it comes to sign work. We made multiple attempts to contact the company for our the our recent needs. They never returned our calls. We even had to have another person contact them that does business with them before they even called us back. The Logo for this last signage was incorrect. They didn't verify that the sign was properly lighted. Another problem developed when they indicated that they had made multiple contact for payment. This was not the case. They called a business associate about our invoice. I find this to be highly unprofessional and is almost approaching slander. I find the owners to be difficult to work with in a professional manner. We will go far a field to find a sign company before I would even consider using Universal again.

Auto Square means a few things.
First-we are BUSY! Second- We work with over 100 Vendors to assist us in day to day operation.
We needed some window dressing and decided to go with opaque stickers that display our various awards and departments.
Here we also use Angies List for our own business and decided to find a vendor on it. After searching a few companies we decided to go with

"I needed a mailbox & called several companies.
He gave me a very good price of $175 for the year & was also very easy to deal with. I also like being able to access my box after hours.
NOTE: If you need a mailbox, it is always cheaper to pay for the entire year, IF you think you'll use it for that time period.
I'm very happy so far.

"the cleaning was fine. But the people that were here did not speak very good English....so when I tried to communicated with them it was very difficult. I wanted to change a couple of things they were doing, but could not communicate it to them. But overall they cleaned okay.

was contracted in December of 2012 to wrap the interior walls of a Trailer with 3M IJ180CV as per quote #3496. We paid a deposit of $2,450 on December 6, 2012 for the materials to be used. The balance of the materials was paid on June 17, 2013 in the amount of $2,248. The Trailer was completed on June 26, 2013 and a check was issued for the installation in the amount of $1,231.20 on June 27, 2013. The film that was installed started to bubble on August 2, 2013. We contacted
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
to inform them that the film was failing. They did not offer any restitution for this. When the film fell off the walls completely by April 2014,
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
refused to warranty the product. There were many emails and phone calls between ourselves and
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
with no offer to fix the problem, only excuses. We had the film analyzed by a 3M Representative and was found to be the incorrect type of product for this particular job and was not the 3M IJ180C that was clearly stated on the quote. The damage was too extensive for repairs and new film was needed. We asked to have the film replaced or refund our money so we can have the film installed by a different company. A certified letter was mailed on May 8, 2014 and signed for by the owner on May 12, 2014 at 1:08 pm. We have gotten no response to this letter. Our client the Southern California Mountains Foundation and the trailer is used as their OHV (Off Highway Vehicles) education trailer. We had to honor the warranty and pay out of pocket to another company $3,234.84 to remake and reinstall the film. We asked for $3,150.50 be refunded for the interior materials and installation only as there is not damage to the exterior of the Trailer.

"Mr.
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
was recommended to us by others who had had the same procedure done. I found him to very helpful. He patiently addressed all the concerns both me and my wife had. He was very responsive, and kept in contact throughout the process. He did exactly what he said he would and everything went the way he said it would during the estimate.

"We used
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
4 years ago -- and were very happy with their service. Because of this -- I did not think twice about getting another quote.
Unfortunately it's a different ball game. I called on 4/18/14 - and
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
came out that day for a quote. They requested 50% down ($500) for a $1000 job. I wrote a check that night - and of course it was cashed the next day. It took 2 weeks of calls to have them remove the old thatch. They then left all of the trash on our lawn - "promised" to pick it up later that night - never showed up. After 3 days of sitting on the lawn - and our lawn now dead underneath -- my husband finally moved all of the old thatch to the driveway. During this time I called daily and
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
said he would be out that afternoon to remove the trash - it's been 6 weeks and he has yet to show. We finally started to break up the old thatch and put it in the garbage.
Since he had our "deposit" -- I let
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
know we needed to schedule the install of the
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
hut. After several messages /emails - he said he would be out. He didnt answer my calls or emails for a week. Then promised to be out on Wednesday - no show. Thursday - no show. Friday - no show. The funny thing is I called and spoke w/ him and he said he would be there - no show.
don't USE THIS COMPANY. After calling around to get quotes from other
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
places - found out there are serious issues -- and every company I called to get a quote said they are picking up the
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
mess. Wish there was an Angie's List review on them - hopefully this review will save somebody else from the stress this company has caused us over the last 6 weeks.
I sent a message to
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
today cancelling services and asking for a refund. Per the contract - if services are cancelled - there is a 20% restock fee. Let's see if they do the right thing and issue a refund. Will update this review to advise if that happens.

"I needed a small roadside sign for my business replaced due to wear and tear. They did get the job done very quickly and they did do it well. One problem is their customer service. They can be rather rude and abrasive on the phone. My bigger issue is another matter. The total of the estimate was $106.26 and they required a partial deposit which is fine. I gave them my debit card number over the phone and authorized the $53.13 deposit. I asked specifically if they would bill me for the remainder when the job was finished. I was told "yes". The next morning I checked my checking account on line and they had charged my card the entire $106.26 without my authorization. That did not sit well with me but they got the job done quickly and it was done well so I figured "what the heck, I owed them the money, they are now paid in full"....I'll let it go. Then I noticed another charge from them. They had charged my card an additional $1062.26 and that money was removed from my checking account. I called first thing and was just briskly told that they would check on it and call me back. Later that morning I got an e-mail that was scanned copies of their merchant services transactions. There was the one for $106.26, one for $1062.26 and one for a credit of $1062.26. OK, they made an error keying in the amount but after several phone calls to them and to my bank they had not processed the "void" correctly thus the money was withdrawn from my account and it would take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days for it to be returned. I'm a small business owner and if I had ever accidentally done this to a customer I would have been horrified. I would have went and gotten cash, delivered it to the person and told them to send me a check when the money appeared back in their account. I did get an e-mail with an apology for a "
New Port Richey Custom Signs Provider Name Locked
slip of the finger accident" but no offers to do anything about it. I sent an e-mail in response that I do understand that errors can happen, but that accidently taking over a thousand dollars from my checking account for several days is a big deal and suggested that they consider a partial if not a full refund for my inconvenience. They never bothered to even respond. It did take 6 days for the money to make it back into my account. I sent another e-mail to let them know that the money was credited back to my account and that I had noticed that they had not responded to my previous e-mail. I again suggested a partial if not full refund and they have not bothered to reply to that e-mail as well.
