"I spoke to
New Port Richey Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
to arrange the pickup. He was fun to talk to and true to his word. The movers arrived between 10am and noon, as promised. They had a hard time getting it over the mound of snow next to the stairs. With diligence and patience they got it in, without a scratch. They inspected their work to ensure all was good and I was very happy with their efforts. Great guys!

"I had a great experience with
New Port Richey Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
. They were very responsive to all of my e-mail's and phone calls. They were very prompt and on time with their pickup & return times. The gentlemen that moved my piano were very professional, and they took great care of my piano during the move. The piano was stored in their facility. It was returned to me in the same excellent condition that it was in when it left my house. You can tell they really care about taking care of pianos and making sure everything is done very carefully. Great experience.

New Port Richey Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
fully disclosed to me all details and costs about their services. Their prices were competitive and their reviews were strong. Therefore I selected them. I was notified initially of a date range for pickup. This was good for general planning. As we got closer to the move date - more than two weeks out - I was informed of pick up date and two hour range. I was asked to confirm that date/time worked for me. On day of move I was called one hour before arrival.
Pick up team arrived on time - actually a bit earlier than scheduled, The movers were courteous and professional. They removed the music holder and stored in the the seat for extra protection. They inspected the piano, - getting serial number, etc. noted issues, shared the issues they were noting with us (and we agreed with them all) and completed the document - leaving a copy with us. They then wrapped the piano with great care and moved it from the home to the truck. Item when picked up was carefully covered and transferred from home to truck with the greatest of care.
I was then informed of date range (4-5 days) for delivery to Georgia and asked if the dates would work for me.They did. More than two weeks before the delivery date, I was given a more narrow date range 1-2 days and again - these worked. Then a few days prior to the delivery, I was notified of exact time of the delivery. The movers arrived exactly at time scheduled. The were courteous, friendly and very professional. They parked the 18

and then came to the house to see where the piano was going to be placed. They then carefully brought piano and bench in and used great care to protect steps, walls and floors - and nothing can close to be damaged - not even touched. They obviously had been doing this a long time and treated the piano like it was worth a million dollars. After setting it up, together we inspected it. They took a picture of my granddaughter with it, packed up their padding, etc. and left. If I ever move our pianos again, I will use this company. I strongly recommend them. When I mentioned

Movers to a local piano tuner in Georgia, he spoke very highly of them too. Movers on both ends - pick up and delivery and the coordinating staff should all be commended. They are excellent!!!!

"They called before coming to pick up the piano and were an hour early. When they arrived they looked at where the piano was and the path of where it would be moved out. They were super friendly and professional. They carefully removed the piano legs and parts that should be moved separately and wrapped the piano extremely well. Our piano had been damaged in a previous move (not by them) and they took extra caution to make sure that side didn't become more damaged in the move. When they got to my friends home they were super friendly and professional and helped answer all of her questions. Even helped move things out of the way in the room to make the piano fit better in the small space. I am super impressed and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a piano moved.

"Very well. They were fast, efficient, and pleasant. Although there were three adults in the house, none of us would have been able to move the furniture and piano. It's a great relief having the work done. Would recommend this company to anyone. Give thanks to the

"They contacted both us and the seller the night before the move and gave us a 2 hour window for delivery. They arrived right on time and had the piano to our home a little while later. They were courteous and professional. They placed the piano exactly where we wanted it. While they were at the house, we asked them for an estimate to move another heavy item for us. They will be returning next week for that item.

"Because the move was only a few miles we were doing the lighter and smaller stuff ourselves. We hired
New Port Richey Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
to do all the heavy or bulky things - mostly living, dining, and bedroom furnishings, but also oak bookcases, steel office desks, a piano, a large workbench, and a few other big things. Much of this had to go upstairs in the new home. This did not daunt them. They arrived within the 1/2 hour time window that they had told us they would, introduced themselves, and had me show them everything that we wanted moved. Then they got to work ... and kept working. I saw them take two short rest breaks (during a six hour morning) but other than that they were constantly busy, even the few times one was talking to me. It seemed they were planning what to pack next while they were wrapping the item they were currently working on, so there was no time wasted in looking around and figuring out what they were going to do. At the new house I told them where things went. Everything had been well protected with padding and plastic wrap before going in the truck, so it was sometimes hard for me to see which item they were moving in order to tell them the correct room to put it in. Once unwrapped and in place, I caught the error and they were happy to put it right. When all was done, all our belongings were in place and in as good condition as they had been before they left the old house, and all the packing materiel was gone. Their name is

, but I can think of four "C"s that apply: clean, careful, courteous, and cheerful. Add to that on-time and hard-working and this is definitely a company that I would recommend to anyone.

"From the first phone call for an estimate, this company was extremely professional and friendly. They gave me a great estimate, I called a few other companies and found that this company was not only the lowest price, but the most friendly. They were flexible in when they could move my piano. They set up a time and confirmed the day before, then called upon their arrival.
All three movers were friendly and considerate. They took great care of moving the piano both from one house and into the other - even voicing concern regarding the floors in the new home.
Great company - great service, and great deal!
AND if you need a piano tuner after the move, give them a call!

"The moving men were good. They used a lot of materials that were not necessary, but of course we were charged for those. They used 4 or 5 large sheets of packing paper to wrap shoes and other items that are not breakable. Nothing was broken. They took apart everything, including every lamp in the house, and didn't put any of them back together. Ten days later I am still hunting for parts for my lamps. Some items have not shown up altogether, possibly forgotten on the truck? They came right on time at 7:30 am. Five large muscular movers. They worked most of the day with little downtime, except when they ran out of boxes and pads. They had to call their office and have someone bring more supplies from an hour away. They finished about 9:15 at night. The worst part was that the estimate was $1630.00, and the charge was over $2000! We called the owner
New Port Richey Piano Movers Provider Name Locked
on my cellphone. He yelled at me and stated that his estimate was for 2 men and he sent 5 men, to "keep his guys working". So that's why I have to pay so much more. I think he just lowballed the estimate to get the job. But what could I do? Five very tired, very hardworking, large moving men standing in my kitchen waiting for me to pay. So I paid. But I would not use him again.
