"Dr.
was good and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I was excited about the treatment maybe actually working (Spironalactine" (spelling?)) but after a few months I was still getting horrible breakouts. In
it was so bad - cystic and even if you don't touch it (which is hard cause it hurts), you end up with scabs on your face - I had to miss several annual special events. I was very upset and after trying everything over the weekend to halt it and heal, I called the office Monday to see if I could get in. I had had a crisis that day that prevented me from calling until 3:30 pm, but I explained the urgency of my request and that I had events to attend. The receptionist was
and rude and didn't really listen to what I needed, saying "do you have an appt?" At one point, I asked her to please stop interrupting me, and she hung up on me! I wrote a letter to the office manager and he called, by then I'd seen the doc and we upped my prescrip and it seemed ok. Well, a few days ago same problem. I called in the morning, nurse's voice mail had a long message saying calls would be returned within FORTY EIGHT HOURS. Wow that alone really put me off - but the nurse called back by afternoon - she said she would email the doc (? ok) and let me know the response. The next day (my face was in full blown awful mode) I missed the call but nurse said they called in a topical to a pharmacy I don't normally use because insurance wouldn't cover it. She said they would ship it to me. ?? ok... No package arrived by 6 days later so I called the pharmacy myself. My main problem with them is that they don't seem to care if you are having a problem that warrants immediate attention. I mean, how many skin emergencies do people ever have? I wish they would accommodate such. I have decided to look around for another doc.

The services were positive. It was good. I drive about 45 minutes over there, I am in his office for two minutes and then I come home. They look at your skin, talk to you a little bit and then I am out.

Arrived 7 minutes before appointment time. Checked in and waited 35 minutes in waiting room with no word from office staff. Finally had to get back to work, so had to leave. Based on packed waiting room, it was clear they had overbooked their appointment schedule, and didn't appear to be very concerned about this. Clearly not a very professional way to run a business.

Walked out of their feeling like I wasted my money and did not get any answers to my questions.

Very sharp guy, easy to talk to. It was very clear he knew what he was talking about and took the time to explain what was wrong and the approach we needed to take to solve the issue.

My issues are minor removals. I see
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
. Her and the staff are always pleasant and professional. They give me clear instructions for home care. It's the nicest waiting area I have ever been in. Nice big picture window. Comfortable chairs, and a fireplace. I appreciate that you are not right on top of each other, as that is when you go in healthy and come out sick in other places.

She had to wait a long time that time. When I have been, I have not had to wait long. I took my mother about 6 months ago. The actual visit was fine. They were just short staffed that day.

I've been a patient of Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
for years without incident. I tried to see Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
's three times. I saw him in February for
an infection on my mouth. Since it hadn't healed, and I had another infection on my ear, I tried to see Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
again in March. However, my appointment was with
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
. When I signed out I told the lady at checkout that I thought my appointment was with Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
. She said she would
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
it on my file that I only wanted to see Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
.
In April, I had an appointment to see Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
because neither my mouth or ear had healed. I made sure it was with Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
. However,
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
said to the nurse "I got this.." She walked towards me in a manner that I found to be intimidating - straight at me. She didn't even say hello. She just asked if I had followed her recommendations from March. I told her that I was in the process of doing what she asked and am continuing to have the same problems I left very upset as I've never been treated this way in a Doctor's office. It was unprofessional. Later, I found out that one of the reasons that I wasn't getting better was that I was allergic to the medication
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
prescribed for me. When
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
found out I was allergic, she didn't take it into consideration for why I wasn't getting better.
I tried to see Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
for the last time in June for the last of the testing. By now I was afraid that my earlobe would not go back to its normal size. I was assured by receptionist and the nurse that I was to see Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
. I heard Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
outside the room.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
asked him what he found. Then
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
came in again. She came in opened the door and left it open to tell me that she and Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
have decided that I should go to an Allergist as they've done what they could.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
said she was telling me because she is the one who has been treating me. Exactly, I never wanted her to treat me. After
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
was done, she said that I would not be charged and was lead out of the office. I was given the distinct impression that I was not to come back. Again, I've never encountered a situation like this. spoke to the office manager. She said my last appointment was scheduled with Dr.
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
, and she didn't understand why I saw
New Port Richey Dermatologists Provider Name Locked
. The office manager was polite and asked if I would come back. No. .
